SCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT ORDER

They take your money and provide you with a tracking number that doesn't exist. Have reported to the bank and trading standards. Shopify should also be held accountable for their merchants!!!! Be Aware!

Scam company, it doesn’t exist.
As many other reviews here say, they take your money and don’t deliver any goods.
The confirmation email is a dodgy hotmail address and when you try to click through to see tracking information, it doesn’t link up to the Shopify Shop app like other purchases, because they’re non existent. Reported and getting refunded through my credit card. Definitely AVOID!

Ive order a cooker took the money and said that was being delivered and would be deliverd within 7days still no cooker after 3 weeks waiting dont use company rip off

Fake company, they never send out the product, the address is fake and the phone number does not work.
Seems all legit until u order and the shipment never arrives, nor updates.
Please stay away.

They are a fraudulent business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I ordered an upholstery cleaning appliance on 27th July, paid by credit card and the transaction on my bank statement went to ‘Maude’. No idea who Maude is.
I haven’t received my order.
Other than the initial order confirmation email it’s been radio silence from them. They haven’t adhered to their shipping policy, their phone number doesn’t work and no response from their customer service email or the secondary email listed in the order confirmation.
My bank are charging back the transaction as I paid via credit card so I shall get my money back but I’m concerned the business is still operating.
I raised a report to the police via Report Fraud, Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and to Google to get the business removed from their advertised sellers. It’s still there unfortunately, so more people will be scammed and their personal details farmed.

Ordered a fridge, nothing happened, seems to be a scam site. No communications.
Luckily paid by credit card so should get money back fairly soon.

DONT ORDER. I ordered a cooker two weeks ago, heard nothing since and the email & phone number doesn’t work! I’m hoping my bank can get it back!

Like all the other 1* reviews, took the money for a chest freezer, gave me an order number not a word since, emails ignored, phone numbers are not answering calls, absolutely no way of contacting.
My bank tells me that I can open a dispute after 30 days if there has been no response to emails and goods have not been received.
Please keep clear of Strolljoy and avoid their scam.

Worst ever they take your money but they don't send any goods. Rip off merchants. No response what so ever from this company.

Scam Site Phone number doesn't exist ordered a washing machine and fridge freezer looked up the address and its a Indian Restaurant

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM ... after ordering a freezer I received an email confirmation of the order but without a delivery date. Money taken 3 days later off my credit card but no freezer ever delivered. Their email is a fake address and email messages can't be delivered. Their telephone number is not in service and they are not a registered company, all FAKE. I'm ok and will get my money back but please BEWARE.

Attempted to buy a cooker (UK)
Took credit card payment for £165. Transaction bank in France, Apparently goods shipped from Texas (using scam tracking) and item said delivered to a random address and person - not me!!
The item was never shipped, I doubt this company even has cookers for sale.
Website phone number does not work and company address is a Spar newsagents so even got a fake business address, absolutely disgusting, getting my money back through credit card chargeback, so they lose 🤷🏻‍♀️
