Inaccurate information, mistakes in booking process, incorrect dates booked

We were offered numerous alternative routes and connections as our plans changed and we fine tuned our itinerary. Some of these alternatives required considerable research yet were always presented promptly and patiently. Many thanks Malia who was then at Waterford Plaza.

I am very happy with the level of customer support pre and post sales. The email response time was fantastic and they even helped me change flight when I was over seas.

Myself and 5 others recently booked our annual vacation overseas with your Student Flights in Chadstone. It is with great disgust that I write this e-mail about the service and staff at your Chadstone store. I had been to the store on 4 seperate occasions to pick up our final documents and all 4 times information has been incorrect. During this time i called the store to voice my frustrations on how this matter is being handled and when i mentioned my name for the trip i was greeted with a ‘what now?’, this is absolutely disgusting from your employee’s. I have in this trip alone given your company $12,000 and would hope for a little bit more respect and customer service. If it were an option i would have cancelled the trip all together with Student Flights because I was so appalled by the service. After receiving this service and disrespect from the team I will not be recommending Student Flights Chadstone to any of my clients or friends for their next vacation. This will be the last time i book with the company and cannot express to you enough how absolutley shocked I am by the this treatment. I look forward to hearing back from you in regards to this matter.

The agent took a very long time to organise trains/hotels/etc and any time a minor change required. There were errors were made in timing of travel by train and taxi transfers to hotels. There is no transparency in costs for hotels/transport/fees so it was impossible to know where my money was being spent and how to optimise my holiday. Requested documents took a long to be sent or were not sent at all. I am still waiting for the agent to send me invoices that I require to claim insurance on a couple items that were cancelled.

Trouble free trip thanks to consultant who was very efficient and organised will definitely come back again.

Not only did I have to approach my agent to get my travel documents (less than 3 weeks before I left), despite being told that I would be notified a month before travel when they were in. Once I received my documents I found a very obvious mistake in the itinerary and sent a very polite email to the travel agent explaining this. He sent a reply back to me, telling me that the itinerary was correct and that I should make sure I read it properly before jumping to conclusions. I did re read the itinerary and found out that my original enquiry was justified and the mistake was there. After once again explaining this to my agent, he conceded I was right but did not apologise for the mistake or for his rudeness in dealing with my enquiry.
I went to student flights because I thought it would be easier organising my holiday through a travel agent but in reality I would have been better doing it myself.

Very friendly staff with excellent service which exceeded my expectations. I'll def contact them even when I'm overseas.
