Absolutely horrible. Very misleading advertising and the downloadable product is awful. The words don't even make sense on several pages. They refused a refund, even before I downloaded. WORST experience/product I have seen on this topic.

Clearly they produce and publish their materials via ChatGPT. The watercolor book is full of errors, inconsistencies, and repeats. They offer other craft and art books and i can only assume they produce them the same way. Beware ... there are no real artists creating these materials! This is an insult to artists.

On their ordering page, they clearly state a 90-day and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, but refuse to comply.
They lure folks in with a "free" offer, but then charge an $11 digital download fee.
Then they rook you into a $22 monthly subscription plan which is very subtle and easy to miss. The confirmation email also says nothing about the monthly subscription. If you purchased a download, double back to ensure you weren't signed up for a subscription so you can cancel it right away.

Their own website review algorithms are set up so that you cannot access or see any reviews with 3 stars or less. Furthermore, the algorithms only cost the 4 and 5 star reviews, which are obviously made up, and most likely, not real people.

ABSOLUTELY nothing trustworthy about this company. Stay far away.

Refused to give a refund when I found I had already purchased the materials last October.

I agree with everyone!! When I purchased mine I was even charged $11.00 for shipping and received an email saying my order was on the way, NOTHING has arrived. I have tried to email them multiple times and they will not respond. Stay away from this company.

This company scams you by sending you an email offering free products with a small service fee and then charges your credit card an outrageous amount. Then they refuse to issue a refund for the excess charges. RUN— don’t walk—in the other direction!

No where on their sight did I see that it was digital I tried to get a refund and was told no. After many emails they offered me 30% back of the over fifty us dollars that it cost i am 75 and was expecting an actual book and other items that I ordered in the mail they literally stole my money this is a scam it would not cost them a penny the only lower here is me

Horrible workbook - typos and non-words throughout and the instructions are not helpful. Each project examples were often not the same from beginning to end. Clearly another scam in the never ending scams out there. Don't waste your money!!!

Same as others, total ripoff. Thought I was getting this beautifully bound book. Nope. Digital B & W, upgrade for color plus all these freebies which I do not see. I don't even have a color printer let alone for 401 pages and as others have said, you see the language errors immediately. Scammed once. Shame and extremely disappointing. Only makes me want to spread the word. I almost always check the reviews but caught me in a rush this time and sounded fun. This deserves negative stars. Hope the people behind this can sleep at night.

This company is a scam. Do not purchase ANYTHING from them. They purport to send you digital files with Watercolor Painting Techniques. It is completely unreadable, not in English, but not in any other language either. It is just gibberish. BUYER BEWARE!!!

SCAM, I wish I would have done my homework, I was charged the 11 then another 59.00. STAY AWAY.
It was supposed to be a free watercolor guide book download, just pay the processing fee of 11 dollars, however after you click then it wants you to upgrade to get it in color, really it's watercolor I assumed it was in color and that the upgrade would be free , no advertising on the cost of the upgrade so I assumed free. NO $59.00 . That is deceptive advertising and overpriced and not acceptable. I have contacted the merchant for a refund of the 59.00. I am filing with the FTC.

Total scam. Called as soon as I realized and refused to refund me. No guarantee. Totally worthless. Wish I had researched prior.

As others have said, a complete scam. I was charged almost 150 NZD after agreeing to paying a $11 processing fee. Just stay away.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are a scam. Before you purchase anything from this company, just look up their reputation and save yourself the headache.

Very deceptive advertising. They offer their book for $11 "shipping" then when you check out you've got a $40 fee. Then they tell you the book is black and white and for $10 more is in color... at least thays what they want you to belive. Another $59 is added to your order All along they tout 30 day money back guarantee. However once you get all checked out and order received, you get a down load file. The whole book is digital but you are not told this until they have your money. Is the download even safe to open? I question it, because the whole process is quick and sly. I tried to get a refund and was told digital files are non refundable. Would have been nice to know upfront what your getting. Don't waste your money! I'll be contacting my bank to flag them and probably change my visa #

What you see is someone flipping thru a color workbook. After yiu order, they tell you that what you just ordered was black &white with no pictures. Another $29 to get color with pictures.
Then they send you PDF download.... NO workbook.

Scammed sales techniques, beware of this website!

At checkout it showed the guide was free, but once I pressed pay button with Google pay (which is an irreversible action) i was charged 11 usd. Connected with support, was refused a return.

I would give a zero star if I could. This is a scam. The company advertised on Instagram for $0 and said you only pay for shipping, leading me to believe that the product would be the spiral bound loose-leaf notes as shown in the product photos and video. When I arrived at the checkout, they wanted to charge $11, so I thought that might be the shipping fee. I proceeded, but then they added some additional pages, which interested me, so I purchased a few at $1.99 each. After clicking "next" I suddenly had to pay $36.87 for a vague fee that I don't even remember as things shifted so fast on my phone screen. I thought, OK, that was still reasonable, so I accepted. There was a 30-day money back guarantee, so I felt I could examine the product and would have the option to return it.
After making the payment, they suddenly told me that the product I purchased was black and white, and if I wanted colored pages I would have to pay extra! At this point, I felt cornered, because what use would these notes be if they were black and white? I needed to see the actual colors to be able to paint! So I ended up paying another $48.99. Even at this point I was confused, thinking that $48.99 was the total sum, not an additional fee I had to pay. So I ended up being charged $85.86 in this scam.
I was still not sure if this was a physical product or electronic one. The Shop.com tracking page shows 1 item is being shipped. Yet when I contacted customer service, they told me this was a digital product.
By the way, reading the first pages of the book, I got so turned off as there was a ton of typos! This is unacceptable. They have their website set up with fake Trustpilot comments.
When I requested for a refund, they told me their return policy clearly stated that digital products do not qualify for refunds because they are downloadable immediately. I checked the return policy on their website. It does state this policy, but immediately after that, they also state that there is a 30-day money-back refund policy. Totally contradictory.
Such a scam. I will contact my credit card company to file a dispute.

Studywatercolor.com is an incredibly fishy website. I purchased their 100+ watercolor techniques book from their website as part of a "summer sale" with 1 hour and 27 minutes left in which the sale was supposed to be available. At the moment of purchase, before I clicked the "check out" button, the total of my purchase was stated as $0. However, upon clicking checkout another summation notice told me that I had been in fact been charged $11 as a digital processing fee. Nowhere at any point during this checkout process was I informed of such a fee. Later, upon scanning the website, on a different page it claims that there is a fee, but it does not list exactly how much it is. I did not download my product (I was sent an email with a download link), but instead filed a customer service request for a refund. I was repeatedly denied. Upon further inspection of the website, the countdown timer repeatedly reset back to 1hr :27 min left... even days afterward! It still says the sale is on today upon writing this review! 1 hr 27 min left!!!!

I have looked repeatedly for other products on the website....I CAN FIND NO OTHER PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE!

Company represents their workbook as a laminated, spiral bound book that has a 90 day money back guarantee. What I received was a digital pdf that was unusable even if I printed it due to poor English translation and an astonishing amount of typos. They refuse to honor their refund policy, stating that they can’t do so with digital products. Nowhere on the page I ordered from does it say that it is digital. They offered me a 20% refund, then a 50% refund, which I declined. I filed a dispute with my credit card company instead.
