One of our chairs was slightly damaged…
One of our chairs was slightly damaged and the company refused to believe it was either done in transit or while packaging even though we suggested we received the chair in that condition so not something we had done

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that one of the chairs arrived with damaged upholstery and we understand your disappointment.
However, we did not simply refuse to believe your account. We carefully reviewed the photographs of both the chair and its packaging. The damage shown consists of clean cuts consistent with contact from a sharp object, yet there were no corresponding cuts, tears or impact damage to the box or protective wrapping that would indicate the damage occurred during transit.
Our chairs also undergo a checking process before dispatch, and we found no evidence that this particular chair was damaged when it left our premises. While we appreciate that you believe the chair arrived in this condition, we have to base our decisions on the evidence available.
We appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but the review does not reflect the full investigation or correspondence that took place.

We are sorry that your order was not delivered to the correct address. However, we feel this review does not fully reflect the steps we took to resolve the situation.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we contacted DHL, investigated the delivery location, obtained the available GPS information and repeatedly requested that DHL retrieve and correctly deliver the parcels. We kept you updated throughout and provided all information available to us.
DHL had left the parcels approximately four minutes from your address, which was clearly unacceptable and not the level of service we expect from our delivery partner. When DHL was unable to resolve the situation, we arranged a full refund following receipt of the required documentation.
We completely understand your frustration with the delivery. However, we hope this response clarifies that we actively pursued the matter throughout and took the necessary steps to resolve it for you.
Left outside front door all night
I love the chair, great quality and colour but it arrived without any indication of when it would arrive. I was out for the night and when I got home the following morning, it was on my doorstep - thank goodness!! - for all the world to see. Had I known it was coming, I would have made sure someone was in.

They delivered very quickly
They delivered very quickly, unfortunately the delivery company they chose were terrible, they didn't let me know when or what time they would be arriving, when they finely did turn up at 20.40 they left my item outside for everyone to see, I have 2 bells on is a camera bell neither of them rang either bell, if it wasn't for my neighbour seeing it, it would have been there all night, I did ring the company to complain, they were very apologetic.

Kept updated with delivery times and was delivered when stated. We are super pleased with the product especially the quality.
My husband took delivery and was very impressed. He was 1 week post op with a knee replacement so wasn't much help, he said the guys were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful

Love the chair
The chair fantastic thank you and I want to give you as a company 5 stars...chair is great but your delivery partnership with DHL is atrocious,so much so I tried to cancel my order (but unable to) 2 days I waited in for delivery to be told tried to deliver no one home ABSOLUTE LIE.....I was here the whole day on purpose as I was expecting it.When it did come the 2 guys were messing about in the road,larking about the box was damaged but chair was fine.Just not a good representation of the Stunning Chair company for no fault of their own....Chair 10/10.....delivery 1/10....which would make me question if I would purchase from them again which is a shame.

pity i can’t give a minus star. delivered promptly. The chairs were absolutely terrible patches stuck in and glues showing. Bent legs etc. I paid for assembly. So contacted and asked for a return and refund which they would only do if we package and boxed.. oI told them i’m disabled and as they took away the packaging its was impossibly for me to do. I have bubbled wrapped them at my expense and still refuse. It’s been over a week with only one return email daily. And i’m still waiting. The company has a whole is absolutely terrible. bad communication. won’t return just pass you off. I’m now going through a legal avenue to sue for the returns and expenses and delays.. You seriously have been warned shop around.. absolutely scamming company
Is like to further add. After receiving your reply that the time scales led to the speculation even now after making sure the packaging was better than the original you come back saying it will be 14 Days before i can expect a return.. i withdraw no comment im very serious about i felt the case was handled. 1/ Why should i have to repackage when the original was taken away.. best if you pay to have it assembled why dont that check for the bad faults .the products were not fit for purpose.SO i thought i was being scammed with second hand furniture which anybody else would have thought the same. I’m more than happy to show the quality of product your selling and let’s get peoples opinion.. No apologies here…

We are sorry that you were unhappy with the furniture, and we take genuine product concerns seriously. However, we strongly disagree with the way this situation has been represented in this review.
Your correspondence shows that when you reported the issues, we requested photographs so that we could properly assess them. We subsequently offered either collection and a full refund or a replacement. The claim that we simply refused to accept the return is therefore not an accurate reflection of the resolution offered.
We also strongly reject the accusation that we are a “scamming company.” This is an extremely serious allegation and is completely unfounded. We have acted to address your concerns and offered a full refund with collection.
We accept that you were disappointed with the furniture, but dissatisfaction with a product or the handling of a complaint does not justify making allegations of criminal or dishonest conduct that are not supported by the correspondence.
We stand by the actions taken in this case and believe the review should reflect the full circumstances rather than suggesting that no resolution was offered.
