The chair looks stunning in my room and is comfortable. The recliner is a bit difficult to do but I think it's because it is new.

No Samples
We knew which chairs we wanted to order and requested fabric samples to be sent to us ahead of ordering. We had to repeat this request on three separate occasions over a period of three weeks. To this day we have never received anything, despite being promised on the third attempt that the samples "had been sent by first class post".
We've given up now and will buy elsewhere; as a customer, it shouldn't be this hard to spend money with a retailer. It’s a real shame because the chairs look lovely.

There was a very nice choice of chairs as we only wanted a small type. It was easy to order and assemble and arrived very quickly. It was inexpensive but of very good quality and was ideal for what we wanted.

Delivery came very quickly and I was updated on the time it was expected. I was able to easily change the delivery date to the following day as it was more convenient for me.
I bought the purple velvet, swivel tub chair. It's a lovely colour, and the chair perfectly matches the smaller version of the same chair that I bought a few weeks ago.
It didn't need any assembly just the back flicking up and the cushions putting on!
