I contacted customer service when I accidentally threw out the strap for my Stylpro LED goggles. Their response was extremely quick and a new strap was sent to my home address free of charge. Excellent customer service from a fabulous company. Thank you 😊

I’ve used the Stylpro led mask for about 6 months now …I’m 60yrs young ….and truly makes a different only 10 minutes and no extra lotions to buy !

Took bad advice (from a magazine article) and put the bowl of the brush cleaner in the dishwasher. It was unrecognisable when it came out but Stylpro replaced it for me for a modest amount - and even popped in a hairband. Very happy customer.

Had an issue with the remote of the led face mask. Got a very fast reply to my email & the issue was sorted very promptly with a new remote being posted out to me.

I purchased an led mask which was working perfectly then just stopped I contacted customer service and sent them the relevant information and was issued a replacement straight away there customer service was absolutely amazing and they got back to me straight away with my enquiry and it was dealt with immediately I can’t recommend the style pro team enough i personally dealt with Simeon and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with he was amazing

I bought the Styl Pro Wavelength LED face mask from QVC’s TikTok shop in October. Last week some of the LEDs stopped working. I contacted QVC but they couldn’t help as it was past 30 days on TikTok Shop. Getting a refund has been incredibly difficult and they’ve been quite unhelpful. So I reached out to Styl Pro directly. They were incredibly helpful and sent me a new LED face mask for free. I’m so grateful because I love this mask and it’s been frustrating not being able to use it. I want to thank Simeon from Styl Pro for all their support..

Although I had issues with my initial delivery, the customer service was great which turned around the whole experience. Simeon provided fast, helpful responses and was able to resolve the issue efficiently without any trouble. Would definitely recommend - I can’t wait to finally try my new mask!

Unfortunately my mask stopped working correctly a short time after purchasing. I contacted the company and Simeon was very helpful in rectifying this. Once I had sent the required information a new mask was sent out very quickly.

Love this mask – it’s very easy to use and comes highly recommended by healthcare professionals. I find it really relaxing to use in the evenings.

A few of the lights stopped working after a couple of months, but the Style Pro team were very understanding and quick to resolve the issue.

Overall, I’m very happy with the product and the service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased the StylPro Wavelength Pro 5-in-1 mask at the end of November, and after very minimal use, it has already completely stopped working. It will no longer charge or turn on, making it entirely unusable just a few months after purchase.

Given the price, I expected far better quality and durability. A product like this should last significantly longer, especially with such light use.

To make matters worse, trying to resolve the issue has been frustrating. Phoning the customer care number just takes you through to an answerphone, with no real support available. This is incredibly disappointing, especially when dealing with a faulty product.

Overall, this has been a very poor experience both in terms of product quality and customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience.

I owned the original mask for about a year before some of the lights stopped working. I upgraded to the new 5/1 version, but it only lasted a single full charge before failing. I’ve contacted customer service since it’s less than a month old, and I’m hoping they’ll resolve it with a refund or replacement.

Love the products overall, but the mini fridges are really poor quality and clearly not built to last. I must have gone through about six of them. They suddenly break down and stop working, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend spending money on them. The last time this happened the brand kindly send me replacements but they have both since stopped working 😓
