I purchased a small fridge for my sons…
I purchased a small fridge for my sons Christmas present.Five days after Christmas we placed it in his room and noticed a dent in the door.I contacted SubCold and they replied within 30 minutes.They replaced the door and were so efficient in doing so.
I cannot fault them and highly recommend them

Plug doesnt fit as damaged on arrival. Dent on top and scrape on door. Hassle .

This was the case although they got the item collected with ease (no charge to me) and refunded me for the item. Easy process which I appreciate and will be ordering from the site again.

A great Buying Experience.
It was easy to find what I needed on the website. Ordering and paying could not have been easier and there was a 10% discount offered as well!
I ordered after 12.00 noon and the item was delivered next day at 10.00AM. I was kept aware of progress of the order and delivery. The item is superb - just what I was looking for and at a good price.

Excellent service and fast delivery. The beer fridge arrived promptly and was very well packaged. It was extremely easy to unpack …. And the fridge looks great! Set up was simple and very straightforward. Unpack place in position leave for a couple of hours and then plug in! Fridge started working straight away and it is easy to change the settings. This was a Christmas gift - hence it was not opened before the big day - but my husband is delighted with the beer fridge It looks great- the temperature can be set down as low as minus 6 ( he likes his beer cold! ) . The fridge is in the garage and is running well even in this very cold weather. Can certainly recommend Subcold for their service and for the quality of their product.
