Fridge arrived very quickly
Fridge arrived very quickly. Looks lovely in my new kitchen. Has a great capacity for all my drinks cans. It is also exceptionally quiet. Cannot fault this fridge at all and the company kept in touch throughout the delivery.

Excellent fast customer service
My first Subcold beer fridge purchase. Arrived within 24 hours of ordering!
Slight problem with the door aligning but very quickly sorted out via customer service online form.
Replied within 20 minutes with instructions on what to try. Instructions worked!
Well packaged and great quality (worth the extra £’s) looks great and works very well.
** DPD (delivery company used) left this £250.00 fridge on my doorstep, no photo supplied for proof of delivery with my neighbour. My neighbour wasn’t even in but they left the package all day anyway. Watch out for DPD telling you they left it with your neighbour, then leaving it in full sight of anyone passing, not signed for (by anyone), no proof photo and unattended all day!

You definitely get what you pay for…
You definitely get what you pay for with a Subcold beer fridge. Over the years we have had a few other types of mini fridges, and skirted round paying a bit extra ... After all it was just for canned drinks. A week before Xmas as my fridge filled up with beer and I was wondering where the food would go, I saw the perfectly sized Subcold Super65 fridge. This was designed to be freestanding or on a table top. With a compact footprint and small enough to fit under a dining table we were confident we could find space for one. Ordered and delivered without drama in 3 days we are so pleased we got this. Really well made and super quiet the beer fridge is a stylish and very functional unit we can recommend for sure.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
My order went missing so I contacted the customer service team at Subcold. They went above and beyond and managed to get my little fridge delivered on Christmas Eve. They really saved Christmas for my daughter. I am so impressed with them. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at Subcold. And hope you all have a great Christmas and New Year.

The company were very easy to deal…
The company were very easy to deal with. As soon as the order was placed I received confirmation and delivery arrangements were made by another company - I was kept informed along the way and delivery was spot on. Ultimately it’s a fridge so how excited can you get, but as fridge units go, it’s quiet and does exactly what I wanted. Looks well built.

terrible customer service
ordered a 4l mini fridge to be delivered for a christmas present. Item got sent back to the company with zero attempt of delivery. When i contacted them, they told me 'As we are based in the UK, our ability to assist directly with delivery issues in Ireland is unfortunately limited" and too contact DPD. So i did, only to find out that the package never made it to Ireland . I email twice and the only explaination i get it 'this is a courier issue and is beyond our control' , while the company is responsible for assigning the courier and has a contract with them. I was looking forward to this product as it was a gift. Now im giftless and yet to get a refund depsite them saying I'll recieve it once they get the package back , however it says its returned for the past three days and yet no refund , I have no means of contacting DPD Uk as my tracking number no longer exists. Severly disappointing and reccomend to just order from somewhere else

The freezer itself is super, small but still good capacity, and it eorks really well.
