I’ve been in Subto for 3 weeks now and the amount of knowledge I have gained is insane. I absolutely love how easy it is to follow what is being taught and how everything is laid out from start to finish !

The Subto community is the best community I’ve ever been in. The resources and information available is unmatched. Pace and his team are true heroes. What they have built and continue to do for individuals in this community wouldn’t have the access and information to put in to action to changing our lives. I am truly grateful to be a part of something that I’ll be able to teach my kids and change my life.

I’m incredibly grateful for the SubTo community. It really is the best community on the planet. I’ve been in SubTo for over two years and I’ve paid for real estate education in the past but nothing compares.

While I just joined the community less than a week ago, the immediate, unconditional love and support you receive from everyone within the community is an instant reminder as to why I joined in the first place. It makes you feel unstoppable because you know someone has your back in every aspect of a real estate deal. Which is something I’ve never felt being a 1 man show local wholesaler. Super excited to see where these relationships and opportunities take me with my soon to be life long friends.

Subto is a huge asset it surrounds you with doers and not spectators. People who want to help others as well as thriving together. You’re building a relationship that is worth more than Gold.

I like networking in the Subto community. The educational resources are outstanding. I have engaged in a challenge and attended the yearly conference in Tempe, AZ. I have not as yet had a deal. I am looking forward to the All- Abilities challenge to get my first deal.

I joined subto about a month ago and it’s been a great experience. I’m still a newbie learning the skills. However, with the awesome team and community I could be confident to start doing deals. There’s still things to learn but all in all it’s all in time. Thank the subto family for the support!

I'm still new to Subto, about 3 months in, but so far I've learned a ton with all of the online modules (once you finish the core trainings there are endless more specific online trainings available to you in the library as well). I went to Pace's office in Tempe AZ for the RV There Yet Challenge, unfortunately Pace couldn't attend himself, but it was a great week spent learning and networking with so many amazing people in this community, I love the positivity that everyone brings here. There are opportunities for everyone in this community, and all the connections you need, even for a newbie like myself with zero real estate background. I'm hopeful that I can get my first deal soon by orbiting and bringing leads to the right buyer.
I did consider joining a couple of different REI communities/mentorships before I decided on joining Subto (New Wealth Advisors Club and the Womens Real Estate Investment Network) and I truly believe that Subto offers far more than any of the other groups out there, the opportunities are endless with all of the weekly zooms, and the meetups, and no one left behind challenges.

Incredible resources, incredible people, incredible community.

The community is what truly sets it apart. Members at every level are genuinely willing to share, and that culture of abundance over scarcity is rare in this industry.

That said, this is not a magic button. The resources are only as valuable as the effort you put in. You still have to make the calls, analyze the deals, build relationships, and do your own due diligence on every transaction.

If you're willing to do the work, Subto gives you an incredible foundation and a network that can accelerate your growth significantly.

Subto is a game changer. It’s like they say, when raising kids, “It takes a village.” This is that village! Answers to questions you didn’t know how to ask, where to turn when you don’t know where to start, and the list goes on! This is the community no matter your age or stage. There is something for everyone.

Just joined Subto and so far it’s been great. The amount of training and mentorship that is given from this community is outstanding! One of my mentors is Caroline Cain and she helps families going through foreclosure. I’m so happy to be part of this community.

My experience since joining Subto has been crazy. I’ve done multiple deals brought SFH via seller financing and even done a deal with Pace directly. I have made so many friends from being in the community that allow me to get 1 on 1 time out of their busy schedule to help me structure and underwrite deal because they want to see me win. This has hands down been the best investment I’ve made for myself and my family. Subto has inspired my kids to think creatively also.

Right before I starting typing my review, I saw a 1-star review someone pushed. What a victim! 🙄🙄 I paid a fee one time. After that, the amount of training, multiple Zooms every single day, and the community doing deals with each other is truly amazing. There is truly nothing else like this on the planet.

In addition, I'm about to close on my first deal with no money out of my pocket. I never would've thought about this on my own!

I think Subto is an awesome community where you can find pretty much any info or connection in the real estate industry. The people in this community are really easy to connect with and really want to help out in any which way. THANK YOU PACE

I’m new to Subto. After years of being a contractor and tradesmen I’m able to start a new chapter with Pace and friends. I’ve been procrastinating with starting. But, it’s time to start a new life. Nobody is as real and positive as Pace.
