I think Subto is an awesome community where you can find pretty much any info or connection in the real estate industry. The people in this community are really easy to connect with and really want to help out in any which way. THANK YOU PACE

I’m new to Subto. After years of being a contractor and tradesmen I’m able to start a new chapter with Pace and friends. I’ve been procrastinating with starting. But, it’s time to start a new life. Nobody is as real and positive as Pace.

Real estate and I go way back — we're talking the '90s. Like a lot of people who've been around a while, I thought I knew enough to figure it out myself. My first few deals went fine. So when my fourth came around, I thought I had it handled. I vetted the partnership but not the deal the way I should have. And I lost everything. That'll change you.
When I got back on my feet, I did it alone. No partners, no teams, no asking for help. That worked — but looking back, I wasn't just being careful. I was being closed off.
Fast forward to today. I'm in healthcare by day, I've got rental properties and STRs, and I'd been circling creative finance for years trying to self-teach my way through it. Then I found SubTo. The training made things click that hadn't clicked before. But what got me more than the content was the community — real people actually doing the work, who genuinely want to see you win.
I'm not used to that. But I want to be.
The All Abilities Challenge is me putting my money where my mouth is. I'm not showing up with all the answers. I'm showing up ready to work, ready to give everything I've got to a team — and genuinely excited, maybe for the first time in a long time, to not do this alone.

New to the community joined a couple weeks ago and great info and very helpful. It's like a family!

Excited for the future in the group. We have been to a few events with Paces group in Tempe and excited to give it more time and energy!

I’ve been in Subto for a while now. I haven’t been super active lately, but I can say the group is packed with good information and solid people.

When I was more involved, it felt like there was always someone willing to help or point you in the right direction. There’s a lot to learn in there, especially around creative finance, but it’s one of those things where you have to stay engaged to really get the most out of it.

Overall, definitely a strong community if you’re willing to be active and take advantage of it.

I have had nothing but a great experience! Signing up was easy as 1,2,3 They key with anything you do all comes down to what you put in. So take a leap of faith and be resourceful. Learn how to serve ✌️

Just starting out with the community but blown away by everyone I have interacted with so far! It truly is so much more than education and mentorship. It is a community of givers and go-getters. Happy to be here and excited for a bright future!

This community is the most amazing thing I have ever seen in an investing setting. Community leaders are both welcoming and helpful. In general people want to see others succeed. It has opened my eyes to the possibilities of Real Estate investing. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a path that will encourage them to take action and accomplish a tonne to jump in and get to work.

Pace and his team are next level. He has a memory of people like nobody ive ever seen. Look forward to doing deals with Pa r and his community!

I joined the sub2 community about 5 days ago. The level of education provided here surpasses anything you can find on this topic elsewhere. Beyond that, they welcome you into the community and make it very transparent how they will help you succeed and why the want that for you. Like any community, if everyone participates and helps one another, everyone grows together! They provide you with so many resources that you would have to mindfully try to not succeed.

I’ve had such an incredible time getting oriented and the community is outstanding.
Pace offers so much value and the opportunity to win is inevitable.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being in this community. If you get stuck there is a person, zoom or module that will get you unstuck and rolling.

Been in Subto for a little over a month now and have already created so many new relationships. We're all on our way to success. Things that I thought were out of reach before, are now my goals.

I recently joined SUBTO after having been a broker for Private Money Lenders and I did the April Co-Living Challenge. The amount of knowledge shared during that week was mind-blowing. Far superior and broader than the training for PML lending training I did with a competitor. SUBTO is a fully integrated community that is dedicated to helping everyone succeed. There is a ton of ongoing training and collaborative programs to help you learn and continue to grow across all the areas you are interested in. And it is all for one price that is far lower than what I previously paid for a single niche program with a competitor. From the April Challenge and since then, I have been able to build a network of buyers, fundraisers, TCs, closers, etc., within SUBTO, with whom I am working with on multiple deals. Pace Morby and all the leaders' training is phenomenal - both fun and educational. The thousands of hours of ongoing live and on-demand video training cover every possible aspect of RE investing. The leaders and support staff are amazingly helpful and responsive.

The consistency of the wins, the testimonials of real people closing real deals, the love shown from the community the cultiure is what I want to belong to. Just knowing that I too can accomplish my dreams of being a real estate investor. The investment was well worth it!! Pace, Subto is LEGIT!!
