I joined in February, still learning and going to meet ups and building relationships. Pace gives so much back to the community, it's crazy. worth the initial investment.

I signed up for Gator in 2024 paid in most never got access to courses then was contacted about SubTo signed up thinking payments already made would be transferred as per reps I was speaking to. But I will say this my rep Quita helped me out got me access to my Gator training and set record straight o the 2 communities. She saved this for me as I was lost and wondering why I never had access to courses. Now I'm straight

There is obviously a ton of information here at Subto, but I have not been able to connect with a mentor or JV partner that can be more specific as to how to move forward. Everyone has been somewhat vague about deals and what to look out for. They are very good about describing the forest but less definitive about the individual trees. My regional "Leaders" were MIA, despite me reaching out to them multiple times.

I love this SubTo community! I have met many SubTo members and Owners Club members from attending a few events: SquadUp Summit in Denver, CO this year and the Co-Living Challenge in Phoenix, AZ and the Creative Nation Tour in Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Tampa! I love all the collaboration with so many members of the community! People here help each other and grow together and make money together. I love how there are so many opportunities to make money! I’m focused on bird dogging for RV Parks, Multifamily, and Co-Living. I’ve already bird dogged a few RV Park deals to a few Owners Club Members. I’m part of a team right now of DTA Callers where we’re learning the Morby Method. They provide us FREE leads of Agents that we call on in Texas and Florida to pitch Seller Finance and the Morby Method for their listings for sale. I got one deal under contract in March with this team, and we’re about to close Escrow this week, and I’m about to get paid this week! It will be my FIRST DEAL within the SubTo community! So excited! Joined the SubTo community and immediately felt this was different than any other program. It's not only education, and mentoring, it's a community designed to lift each other up and watch each other succeed. When one wins, we all win. It's the testament to the leadership within the program.

I love the amount of resources the community has. I’ll be honest it can be very overwhelming at times but once you find your avatar and know what path to channel your focus on it turns into a very digestible amount of information that is available to you.

SubTo is a community of people who want to help people. As the community grows, it adapts and transforms. Building connections and growing within the community. If you aren't growing and learning, you are stuck. Taking over the real estate game by storm! Let's Go!!!

The vast amount of information available is phenomenal! It has taken me longer than I should have to get engaged (my fault), but now that I have I am quickly realizing how much is available to me to take advantage of. Looking very forward to participating in a challenge and chasing my first deal and take what I will learn to help others. The spirit of community is a very important element which is truly there and why I joined in the first place.

I am making connections by scheduling to get on the Zooms in the Calendar. There is just so many opportunities in this community that anyone that wants into real estate, they should join and take advantage of what Pace offers.

Joining Pace Morby’s Subto community has been one of the most impactful decisions we’ve made in our real estate journey.

I have been on the Yellowbrick road on my roller skates since I was introduced to Pace at the Aspire Tour in October. I was there supporting another speaker and was endeared to his story about a woman in the homeless shelter. I have been through alot since losing my Dad in 2018. I went to Squad Up and have never felt so much love and community working together for each other successes AND leading them to mindfulness which is the MOST important thing to teach how to respond. Real Estate is something I have wanted to do for a long time. Jamil Danje told me doing his breathwork exercise, it would change my life. This pattern interrupt has. I am my best investment, Following my fathers lead of keeping me on the planet. I am so grateful. On the 7th day of the breathwork. I closed a deal I had been working on since November or December. Its closing this week. I love the gratitude and the way people want to go above and beyond for each other. I learned a long time ago, giving is the best drug there is. I have connected lenders with borrowers and have several things in the pipeline and though I did not get the original farm I wanted in Maine. I believe with all that I have connected. I will have my space in Maine to bring the community together to celebrate their team successes, open in the next couple months. The connections I have made in this community is mind blowing and heart growing. I have been renting to travel nurses in Boston since before it had the name of CoLiving AND have created a 501c3 called Parents Are the Key. Created to make the world a better place for your kids and mine. I could not be more grateful. Love is aways going to be the answer.

This community over delivers. This is a real community full of people who are doing big and amazing things. You couldn't connect to a better network of people who want to help you. This is where education really meets execution.

What I appreciate most are the numerous Live Zoom sessions. Having that frequent, real-time interaction makes a world of difference compared to just watching recorded videos.

However, I did experience a bit of a hiccup at the start. I signed up for the mentorship and the November challenge (which was supposed to begin on Nov 21st), but I didn't receive the initial contact as expected. It seems there was a minor communication or email syncing issue on the administrative side.

Despite the early communication delay, the sheer volume of training and the value of the live sessions make this a top-tier mentorship. Highly recommended for those who want to take action!"

Just joined Subto and it’s already different than anything I’ve seen. The amount of real, actionable knowledge being shared is insane.

Haven’t even dug into all the trainings yet, but every call I’ve been on has been valuable…. solid feedback, real conversations, and people actually helping each other.

The biggest thing is how open and inclusive it is. No gatekeeping, just people trying to get better and win.

Definitely a no-brainer decision to join.

Being in SubTo for the past four years has truly been one of the biggest blessings in my life.
I have made so many incredible friends, traveled to places I probably never would have gone, and built relationships that feel more like family than just a community. SubTo has opened doors for me personally, professionally, and spiritually.
