Was great that company was willing to order our flooring with a 50% deposit paid so that they could store it for us until we had time to redecorate the rooms. It was a good few months until we were ready so it was much appreciated.
Whole service from visiting store, having the measurements taken and through to the actual floor fitting was a great experience, no issues at all.

Our whole experience with Suffolk Caroet Weavers was great. From first visit and discussions with Jenni, taking samples home to match to wall colour and bedding etc. To follow up queries being answered promptly and then fitting if our beautiful new carpet. Thanks SCW, we’ll be back for any other carpets we need.

I recently had a new carpet fitted by Suffolk Carpet Weavers in an L shaped room, up a twisty set of stairs and along the landing. They did a wonderful job. They had previously fitted this room, stairs and landing and 2 other rooms in 2006, which was why we used them again. We would thoroughly recommend using them.

This is my third time using Suffolk Carpet Weavers over the last 6 years.
I did contemplate buying my carpet online, but decided that using this
trusted family firm to advise me and provide good customer service and follow up was the best choice in the long run. Right decision.
Further, I was able to make a considerable saving by purchasing a large remnant of high quality carpet from their warehouse (Roof Rack Carpets). Brilliant.

Suffolk carpet weavers were wonderfully efficient and thorough when laying carpets in our two properties. They even offered to lay our carpets earlier than agreed. The carpets looked stunning and even though there were some awkward parts to the laying it was all down with great cheerfulness by a superb fitter. Thank you to the team for all your helpful guidance and professionalism.

When replacing a bedroom and hall carpet, we chose to have SCW supply and fit, as the staff were very helpful and they offered plenty of choice at a reasonable price. We were extremely pleased with the finished product, including the fitting. Therefore when we recently refurbished our bathroom we returned to SCW for the flooring and with their advice had LVT fitted and again very happy with the result. From our experience with this company we would certainly use them in the future and would thoroughly recommend them to others.
