Auto signs you up for subscription and then does not have a customer service to cancel. Also product does not work and will leave your skin worst. I don’t recommend, check reviews on Google as well.

I was bamboozled into a membership that I didn’t sign up for. You can’t call them only email communications. The product broke me out and I had to see a dermatologist and had to take an antibiotic. I made them aware and I was promised my membership would be canceled because of this and it wasn’t. I was charged a third month and was promised I wouldn’t‼️I want my money back and they can have all of the unused bottles back‼️

Extremely disappointed with this company and its lack of customer service! Their subscription practices are misleading, and canceling a membership has been an absolute nightmare.

I’ve experienced multiple attempts to charge my card and have reached out NUMEROUS times through both email and Facebook requesting cancellation. Unfortunately, all I seem to receive are automated AI responses instead of actual assistance from a real person.

It’s beyond frustrating when a company makes it so easy to charge customers but nearly impossible to cancel a subscription. Customers should NOT have to jump through hoops, send repeated messages, or worry about unauthorized charges just to end a membership.

My advice: BEWARE of their subscriptions and think twice before providing your payment information!

A reputable company should prioritize transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I would NOT recommend this company!

RUNNNNNNN FARRRR ALL of the negative reviews are 100% . They make you think youre making a ONE TIME PURCHASE, but youre really unknowingly sign up for a subscription and you dont realise until the next month when money comes out of your account. Customer service is not even a thing. They may answer you 1 time but as long as its to cancel this subscription they never answer, even the emails. ITS A SCAMMMM . Their products DO NOT WORK! the rose oil smells like cooking oil from your kitchen! RUNNNN FAR. The stretch marks soap smells disgusting and does not work! I had to climb through a lot of hoops to cancel that subscription.RUNNNN AWAY!

I placed an order once for face pads and was emailed about a month later that my credit card was going to be charged again and I was enrolled in a subscription. There was no information regarding a subscription in my order or my confirmtion when I placed the order. The face pads completely fall apart when I try to pull them out of the container. I don't even use them. I certainly don't want more. I have spent weeks emailing them. I get AI responses that go in a circle. This company is a nightmare.

The product didn’t work for me and caused breakouts and irritation I tried canceling subscription and asking for a refund at least six times in their email before the second product got shipped out. They still sent out the second product and still charged my card for a private. I told them multiple times I cannot use and I’m still dealing with the cancellation on my subscription right now. It looks like I won’t be able to get my refund which is unfair because I emailed them multiple times before the subscription went out. I wouldn’t recommend this product and I wouldn’t recommend even trying to get a hold of anybody there as it takes forever for a response and your responding to an email who clearly doesn’t understand that you answer them six times the same response.

One of the worst experiences ever. A totally fraudulent company that tries to enforce an invalid "contract" by stating that your purchase constituted an apparently lifelong agreement to receive shipments of their products.

The emails with their egregious customer service agents are classic delaying tactics: They will ask for your email, even though they are engaged in correspondence with you. They will ask for your order number repeatedly, even though they claim they are looking at your order and there is no cancellation. They will robotically respond to an email within minutes without correcting or addressing your concern.

I now see how many complaints there are, and I have contacted the Attorney General, whose office reveals many other unhappy customers. I sense a suit coming.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Saw an ad on Instagram for an offer. Clicked the link and purchased and then received an email telling me I had subscribed. Immediately contacted them that same day to say that I just wanted to try one bottle. They told me I missed a tiny box I was supposed to check if I DIDN’T want to subscribe. This was all before the product had shipped. Asked them to cancel. They wouldn’t. Told them I was willing to pay full price for the bottle but that I didn’t want a subscription and they refused. To this day, they are still attempting to charge my card. It’s been MONTHS and they won’t let me cancel. This definitely feels fraudulent. The product smelled nice but broke me out, which has never happened before. I had very painful pimples that lingered for weeks. They eventually disappeared after a couple weeks of not using the product. This company’s customer service is awful. If the product hadn’t shipped, I should be able to cancel. If the product isn’t working for me, I should be able to cancel. Company’s should make it very clear and transparent whether you are being committed to a subscription or not. This shouldn’t be legal.

I purchased a item. Not a subscription package. I reached out after an auto ship to cancel any FUTURE orders as I was unhappy with not only the quality of the first order but the packaging leaks constantly.

They refuse to cancel the subscription showing that in their Terms and conditions in Section 16 you cancel and terminate at anytime but in Section 22 it shows that subscriptions are required to be paid and regardless of quality there are no refunds.

It is a scam forcing patrons that aren't happy to pay more than expected.

They used a promotion to bind you to a $70 subscription then will not cancel no matter how much you ask them to. Scroll past their promotion DO NOT ORDER!!!

Somehow, I was signed up for subscription when I made a one time purchase they are consistently trying to take money out of my account that I don’t have.

Having trouble canceling a unwanted membership

this product don't work and they be changing your card monthly for some membership that you don't even have knowledge of and when you call for assist no one is their to help you.

Charged me for a subscription I did not order. The website doesn’t allow for me to remove my credit card information or cancel subscription. I have reported this to my bank and will file a complaint with BBB.

This place is a scam and this product is not OK for people with sensitive skin. It broke me out. I sent them pictures of the breakout!
Number 1-They refused to refund me and number 2-they stating they’re gonna charge me the next two months because of the subscription, when I told them no and please cancel it. They said I couldn’t!!!

I have had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with this corporation. They attempted to place me into a subscription, and even after I was told multiple times—through several emails—that my subscription had been canceled, they continued trying to charge me.

They even offered me the option to pay for both items at a discounted price. I agreed to that arrangement and made the payment, yet they are still attempting to charge me.

I have documentation and multiple emails confirming that the subscription was supposed to be canceled. At this point, I feel this company has been extremely unreliable and has handled this situation very poorly.

I would never shop with this company again, and based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone else. Customers should not have to repeatedly fight to stop charges after being told that a subscription has been canceled.

These people are SCAMMERS. I wish I read the reviews before I bought the product. Bought once and they charged me saying I automatically subscribed.When I know I didn’t.You cannot do a business by scamming people and expect it to progress.Now I wonder if this the product does not have something bad in it.Maybe that is why you want to forcefully sell it to people by deceit.I will dispose of it because now I think you have an ulterior motive.

I ordered a one time supply!!! I never subscribed!!! Yall bastards wanna go in people's account and take their hard earned money for this bull crap!!! I don't even use this!!! I have several packs of this mess that's not even open because yall keep sending it to me, after I've emailed and told y'all to stop taking my money out of my account! I hate "THIEVES" not only that but you guys told me that your company automatically subscribes without my consent!!! "Your Company will not succeed nor progress" This will be an epic fail!!!
