JOKE OF A COMPANY AVOID
Ordered around 8 products to cook curry for big family occasions, delivery was 7.99 which is expensive but was on time. How ever 2 items where missing. I phoned and was told to take photos of items received delivery note and detail missing items and to forward them in email. I duly did this and git a automated reply they would look into it with there suppliers which is strange and they advertise they are selling the goods. As it was weekend I waited to hear from them I eventually got a phone call on monday evening asking if they could send the items next time I place an order. Seing as I needed the ingredients for the curry I was planning on cooking I refused and asked them to post items out to me which they point blank refused to do and could give me no reasonable reason why they wouldn't when the mistake was theres and I had already paid £7.99 delivery fee. They did agree to provide a refund but I now got to go out and spend more money on another delivery fee to get products they said they would provide. I dont understand how you can't put 2 items in a small box/packet and post them when its your mistake in first place. Especially when you charging a premium for delivery. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again and would advise anyone who's isn't a business going to do repeat orders to avoid as well. Never been treated like this by any other business online

saturday march 7th, 2026 i place and order. they take the money and send an email the product will be delivered tuesday march 10th, 2026 between 9am and 6pm.
at 6:12pm no delivery. I email and ask for a full refund. they reply that the item is out of stock.
only it wasn't out of stock when i ordered it or when they took my money.
this business is run by cowboys. do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Cheeky company I ordered 8 bottles of mustard cooking oil after confirming that it was cold pressed as it said on the label with the company but after delivery found out it wasn’t cold pressed and was for external use After complaining I was told it is used for cooking in India and other countries to which I was extremely disappointed They accepted the return but ended up paying for the postage I shall never shop again with them and also tell my family and friends not to shop with them

Reliable online Indian grocery which does make an occasional mistake but excellent customer services rectify it promptly . One item not available but refund lesser amount but promptly corrected when I spoke to Lokesh .Suran was bad quality with big holes and photos sent. With immediate refund . Packing was excellent with timely delivery with excellent communication from delivery team . Sujash is definitely a reliable company with a nice customer service which is easy to contact . I have shopped with them for long and majority of their veges are nice quality .

The vegetables were always super fresh — I’ve ordered twice, and both times everything was perfect. The quality is truly amazing; I’ve never seen okra and palak this good! The curry leaves come in generous quantity and are so fresh — even the little ones with stems are perfect for rasam 😍.
The packaging is sealed well; I ordered dosa batter, and it arrived fresh. The raw turmeric was excellent too. Sujash brand products are top-notch, especially the ginger and dondakaya 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.
I even called the contact number provided, and the person was really helpful and polite. Overall, a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (and more!)
Mixed Experience – Good Produce but Poor Packaging and Customer Service
I ordered groceries from this site and while some items were excellent, my overall experience was disappointing.
✅ Positives:
The fresh vegetables and leafy greens were very good.
Raw mangoes were sent exactly as I requested, and I appreciated the care taken with that part of my order.
⚠️ Negatives:
A 10kg rice bag was delivered damaged, leaking into the box and mixing with a burst ice pack. I had to throw away around 1kg of rice as it was unsafe to consume. The remaining rice was of noticeably lower quality than other brands I usually buy.
Packaging was poor – heavy items like rice were placed together with delicate items (flowers, vegetables), which caused the damage.
Customer service was unresponsive. Although I reported the issue immediately with photos and was told I’d get a response in 24 hours, after two weeks I still had no resolution or compensation.
This experience left me hesitant to place another order. While the produce quality can be good, customers should be aware that packaging problems and lack of follow-up from support can make the shopping experience frustrating.

Won't recommend! I ordered some stuff and the delivery was missed and figured sujash changed the delivery to another day with dpd and dint inform me. Now there were perishable items in the delivery which went bad and don't even bother calling them because they don't answer. It's 0 percent accountability from sujash and overall a painful experience. I would never order from them.

Out of a delivery of 12 water coconuts only 3 were drinkable, the rest were completely rotten, I emailed and phoned with no response - money spent was lost

DO NOT TRUST. They were meant to deliver fresh flowers that I had paid for and they just forgot. It was for my wedding. Unreliable. Save your money and time. you’ll find better service elsewhere
False Advertising and Complete Waste of Time – Avoid Sujash.co.uk!
**Misleading Website - Wasted My Time**
I had a terrible experience with Sujash.co.uk. Their website clearly advertises free delivery for orders over £35 UK mainland, but at checkout, they still added a £4.99 shipping charge. After emailing them, they simply apologised and admitted the website needed updating — yet expected me to still pay!
I wasted over an hour selecting items and comparing prices, only to be misled. Very unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs.👎👎👎
Alphonso mangoes were poor quality
What I liked is that the products all arrived in good condition externally. Care was taken in selecting mangoes that weren’t bruised outside etc. However, a lot of our Alphonso mangoes in the current order were hard and pale yellow with some inedible, hard netting like feature in the middle. Whatever bits of the flesh we could eat was extremely sour and hard. We had to throw all those mangoes. It wasn’t the lovely deep orange, sweet and smooth flesh we are used to in Alphonso. Contacted customer service and was told that since mangoes are natural products, they can’t control it and that they don’t issue refunds for ‘natural issues’. Doesn’t make any sense to me as we didn’t get these natural products for free….

I’m leaving a review because of the Sujash store level of professionalism. After ordering three lotus flowers, I was informed there would be a delay because the ones they received were not of good quality. As they were substandard, new ones would be ordered and delivered. This is understandable. They are flowers. This actually happened twice. But when they did arrived with a two day delay which was completely reasonable, they were in great condition. Beautiful flowers, professional prompt timely communication - no flaws. Great service !!!
Excellent customer service
Mahesh at Sujash called me as I needed my order to be delivered by the weekend and the first available slot was next Tuesday. I placed my order a few minutes ago and was assured by Mahesh that it would be despatched today and arrive between 8 and 9am tomorrow. What an excellent service, I am very grateful and don’t know any other company that would have expedited this matter so quickly and efficiently. A million thank yous!
