Great customer service!

I had to return the first one I ordered because I didn’t like the color but the fit was perfect! Their return/exchange process is fast and easy.

2 stars for the material

2 stars for the material, but 0 starts for the customer service. I ordered a medium top and bottom, but top runs small so I wanted to exchange the tip for a large instead. I emailed them and was “approved” to proceed printing out the label that they provided for me, only to receive an email the next day saying “sorry, after reviewing your request we won’t be able to only replace the top, you’d have to send in both.” Like why? It doesn’t make sense, plus on top of it, I was told that although I don’t need to replace the bottom I do have to send it in but they might not be able to send me back a medium size, because by then it might not be in stock. How?? If I don’t need to replace the bottom, why do I need to send it in but then you won’t be able to send it back either?! Anyways, customer service is horrible, and I’m not usually the type of person to complain like this, but it was so frustrating because they say they’re trying to help you out but the way they do, it just doesn’t make any sense. So after a long conversation of going back and forth, I decided to keep the suit because it’s not worth having to deal with customer service anymore, and hoping one day it will fit.

Firstly, our return policy states that we do not accept separate returns for items purchased as part of a set. As the item you purchased is sold as a complete set and cannot be sold separately, we are unable to arrange shipment for a single Large-sized top, as we cannot resell the Medium-sized top you returned.

We understand your request, and your suggestion is essential to us. We will relay it to the relevant team to improve our return and exchange procedures for a more seamless customer experience in the future. In an effort to address your concerns, we have provided three alternative solutions for your consideration:

1. Please use the free shipping label we provided to return the entire set of products. We will then exchange it for a complete set in the Large size. Additionally, we currently have some products available for separate purchase. If you are interested in any of the maternity tops and maternity bottoms from our mix and match collection, we will be delighted to arrange the shipment as soon as we receive your return.

2. If you are dissatisfied with the suggested tops and bottoms, we will gladly process a full refund for your order, including the shipping fees you paid.

3. If you would like to keep the entire set of Medium-sized items and decide to end the return process, we are willing to offer a $10 refund as compensation upon receiving your confirmation.

We regret that none of the three solutions we provided met your expectations. In response to your feedback, we escalated the matter to our higher authorities, and they have approved to send you a complete set of Large-sized items free of charge. Furthermore, you are welcome to keep the Medium-sized items you have already received. We attempted to send you the detailed information for the new order. However, it appears that you declined to accept our communication. The shipping information shows that the new order has been delivered, and we sincerely hope you receive it without any further delays.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Should you wish to continue the conversation, please feel free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to provide further assistance.

Never showed up…

I would love to be able to give a great review, however I’ve never received my order. I have contacted customer support and was told they would get back to me within a day…never heard back from them
Then either. My tracking showed that it left a warehouse less than 10 minutes from my home and then it quit updating and my package has never arrived.

The swim suit is pretty. I ordered size M. The top is too small and short is a little big for me. I am 134 pounds and in 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Highly recommend!

Ordered a bathing suit and it fit too big… submitted an exchange request and once they received my order back they mailed me the smaller size. It fits perfectly and it looks so cute! Great quality too! Highly recommend. You can’t beat the price either!

Recommend purchasing on Amazon instead of through website

Since Summer Mae is sold on Amazon.com, would recommend that anyone who is also a Prime member shop on Amazon so that they can get free returns. Trying on swim swear is basically a must, and to not match the free return capability on Amazon is poor customer service.

Cutest ever

From ordering to receiving, it was fast and easy. But this is the cutest, most comfortable swimsuit I’ve ever had. When I’m not pregnant anymore I’ll be purchasing regular bottoms to go with this top and probably a non maternity suit or 10 from here as well. So impressed!

Great experience and love my suit

The suit I originally purchased wasn’t a great fit. Customer service was very easy to deal with for the exchange. I’m really happy with the suit I got, the fit, the colors, etc.

For reference I am 29 weeks, 5’4”, 168# and I got a large. I did try this suit in medium originally and it was too small for me. I typically am a medium (140#) when I’m not pregnant.
