Excellent customer service.
Ordered a travel mug and after a day still hadn't received confirmation or shipping info. Sent an email and received a very quick response from Justin that was apologetic and polite, Justin explain that they had a system outage which had caused emails not to be sent and explained that the package would be being sent out that day and provided a parcel force tracking ID. Item arrived extremely well wrapped in bubble wrap within the outer package. Will definitely being using Summits again and will recommend to others as well.

Incredibly efficient service and product was well priced. Had left order needed for daughter's Duke of Ed expedition a bit late but Summits Outdoor got the order to me in time for her not to get soaked! Would definitely recommend.
