I've been using Sunbasket for over 6 years. Most weeks it's great the food shows up and all the ingredients are ok. Sometimes on holiday weekends, they notify me after I can't change my order that they will be delivering later in the week. Then I have more meals than I can make. Also, sometimes the proteins have cuts in the packaging and can't be eaten but they are usually good about refunding me those meals. It just is stressful to add an unplanned grocery trip into our already crazy weeks. I also have to pick the meals that take the lower times since I'm not a chef and can never make the estimated times the put on the recipes. Overall sunbasket helps my busy family eat healthy without all the overhead of meal planning.

Sunbasket has high quality ingredients and most of the recipes are easy to prepare.

The food is great and sure comes in handy for RV living when your space is limited for fresh ingredients.
Shipping has had some hiccups for me with my time with Sunbasket - but they are always willing to fix it. Different delivery carriers bring different experiences. The pre prepped food is great as well for limited space because everything is proportioned out. The extras in the Market items are a great feature - but best of all - it’s Organic!

Usually arrives on time and if something is wrong they refund the cost

Delivery instructions aren’t always followed. Quality of produce is uneven. Steak is usually tough. Some sauces are overpowering if used in pre-packaged quantities.

Sunbasket makes deciding what's for dinner easy. And it helps with portion control, which is so important. It's a win-win!

The recipes are simple, healthy and delicious without adding heavy creams, cheeses etc. I’ve tried a half dozen meal plans over the years and this one is my favorite. They do a great job of providing gluten free options as well.

The meal kits are easy to navigate and the recipes are fantastic.

Sunbasket has made dinnertime so much easier, healthier, and tastier. I used to dread trying to come up with something to make for dinner (I've been doing it for 35 years!), but now I just let them pick what we're going to eat and we're saving money and eating much healthier--plus trying food we've never tried before. I've been using Sunbasket for years now. The recipes are really good and very healthy. Occasionally there may be an error in the order or delivery (rarely) but they have always been responsive to correct quickly. Also appreciate the ability to place orders on hold when traveling. Happy customer.

Sunbasket continues to provide one of the best meal services in my opinion. After trying so many, I like that there are great Mediterranean options that are full of flavor. Recipes and menu switch often so for me, who likes variety, it’s perfect.

Ingredients are usually fresh and in good condition. Flavors are good and recipes are easy to follow.

The amount of variety to choose from is always good and switches from week to week. The portion size is always very good.

Overall, I've been really pleased with the Sunbasket experience. My partner and I signed up because we wanted more veggies in our diet along with more variety. Sunbasket did not disappoint. We typically get one seafood and two vegetarian dishes. The recipes are easy and usually take 20-40 minutes. We've adopted many of the recipes (like the Japanese pancake) into our regular repertoire. The salmon dishes are often better than I’ve had at high end restaurants! Any issues are quickly and satisfactorily addressed.

I’ve been using Sunbasket for over 3 years and really love it. It makes weeknight dinners so easy! The options for meal kits is really diverse and everything we have had has been good, there are some really unique dishes. I also love the option for the ready made meals that I can just microwave at work for lunch. We have only ever had some minor packaging issues on occasion and that has always been very easily resolved with customer service. Overall we are very pleased with Sunbasket and recommend it to others!

The meals are creative - we tried several other meal kit companies, but came back to theSunbasket for its innovative, international food. Recipes are easy to follow. I like that I can set up my meals for several weeks, or cancel if needed.

I love Sunbasket - have been using them for YEARS! Love the convenience, love the options, love the freshness and the organics. Customer service is always very quick to respond and offer options. And Sunbasket saves me from having to shop so often. The best!

The food is stellar. The recipes easy. My 4 vs 5 star review is only because you do need to check ingredients and with some regularity an item is not up to par. Usually some small item that can be augmented. They are great about credits but it does take being up on it. But as a single person i cannot imagine not having sunbasket in my kitchen! Their sauces and recipes are great!!!!!!
