I just recently started using the skin care and I absolutely love it. I tried multiple brands but none of them come close to these skin care products!

I’ve been a returning customer and genuinely enjoy the products, but the customer service is really disappointing. I placed an order of over £60 after seeing their promotion that orders above £20 come with a free hair oil. It wasn’t included, and when I reached out, I was told it would only be added to my next order if I specifically added it to my basket.

I politely followed up, explaining my disappointment and asking if they could send it as a goodwill gesture, but my email was ignored.
It feels like they don’t really care about regular customers, and being ignored when you spend that much money is not good service. The products are lovely, but customer care really lets the brand down.

This company is amazing. My mom and I met Sham, Suneeta and their daughter at a market in Notting Hill on our vacation to Europe. We’re from the US. We were so impressed by them and their products. I’ve been using their products for about two months or more now and when I tell you these products are incredible. I am a skincare freak and have tried so many different products. I have always wanted to achieve glass skin, well their products have finally delivered that for me. I will forever buy from them and recommend their products to everyone. They were so kind and helpful as well.

Found this brand about 2 weeks ago and have already placed a bigger order. I’ve worked in the beauty industry for years and I’ve never used natural products as good at this before! Looking forward to receiving my next order. Who need La Mer when you have Suneeta?

Amazing prices and size variations too. I started off with all sample sized products to test, and the skincare sample kits are such a good idea. I bought the anti-ageing one and LOVE every single product. I use the quarts skill tool every night now too and my skin is glowing.

The body cremes are just absolute bliss and are so thick. They cocoon your body in a moisture wrap. 10/10 x

I bought the acne starter kit for older skin and was really pleased with the results after a month or so. I decided to buy the cleansing, toning and moisturiser from this starter kit. I have been using for a few months now and my skin is back to how it was before using it plus I now have lots of bumps under my skin on my cheeks, forehead and temples which I have never had, and never been problems areas for me before using these products. I think I will stop having to use but would be interested in feedback from Sunita London if this is something that they have heard of before.

Not as transparent as they make out to be. As a long term customer who has bought a variety of products from them, I felt obliged to review a couple of products on their website which didn’t meet the usual standards. These reviews have not been published. I assume that this is standard practice and has happened to other people who have tried to post not so positive reviews, which would explain why the ratings are so high on their website. I therefore won’t be buying from them again as they are misleading customers, which seems hypocritical given their products are all about ethical transparency. This is incredibly disappointing as I loved a couple of their products. If this is a glitch and not intentional this needs to be sorted out, as there really is no excuse for this.

I apologise for any upset my original review had caused. I made my original review because had tried to add a review a few months ago and it wasn’t posted, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe it was an error on my part or a glitch. All of Suneeta’s products are absolutely incredible! Completely natural, eco conscious and no animal cruelty! I can’t rate her stuff highly enough. I’ve tried many of her products including her night facial oil, gift sets, Gua sha massage tool, facial cleansing oils, almond and cocoa moisturiser, hair oil. They are all absolutely divine and so nourishing for the body and hair! They all keep my skin and hair so healthy and I’ve been looking for a company like this for years. Thank you Suneeta and team!

I have just bought the black castor oil with mascara wand. I have been using it twice a day for three days now. Already my lashes look so very much healthier. I bought this because my lashes have suffered since having two babies close together. My lashes already look better than they did before having children. This is a hero product!!!!! Loving the Clarysage and Geranium face cream, so smooths and moisturises all day, minimal amount needed really cost effective. Also thought I'd try the soap nuts out as an alternative to laundry liquids.

Excellent. Love the turmeric cream

I was surprised by how much water and fillers were in my branded products even though they were quite expensive. Since I started using Suneeta's products I can't use anything else, I'm totally hooked! The products are absolutely amazing. I'm a big fan of their moisturizer. Ordering is hassle-free and the products ship in no time. I love that they are recycling their supplier's cartons by reusing them as packaging material.
