Very affordable and quality is just fine, love the service.

Firstly, this company will actually call/write you before your product goes into production making sure all is well. If you aren't an artist or get confused, they have you covered. The shipping was fast (5 day) and arrived exactly when they said it would. Glasses were nicer than expected and printing was good quality.

Needlessly to say, our function in the Bahamas went up a notch with these sunglasses!

I was working with Hanah, last min she was able get the glasses at the convection center and called confirm the delivery. Thank you.

Always pleasant people to deal with. They even call me back on the weekend. I recommend them any given day.

We ordered personalized sunglasses as a favor for our wedding guests. The sunglasses looked great and were good quality (they arrived individually wrapped and not one was broken or damaged.) Unfortunately, we only received about 75% of our order at first. When I called to inquire where the rest of our sunglasses were, the customer service woman was lovely. Although she wasn't sure why only part of the order was shipped, we had the rest of the glasses within the week.

I have worked with Sunglassville a few times and my most recent experience was disastrous. I placed an order and required it be shipped to two different locations. One of the shipments arrived the other was never received. I called, emailed and contact via website the company on five occasions. Each time the customer service agent seemed to see the issue but would inform me "This is odd , my manager will have to call you back." I never received a call. I reached out multiple times, was always courteous but never received my other order.

So if you only want to get 1/2 your order....work with this company.

My husband and I ordered the wayfarers in several colors for our destination wedding favors. Everyone LOVED them. It makes us smile 3 months later to see people still wearing them.

Sunglass Ville was great! We ordered the sunglasses, they called to confirm our order, they were very kind and patient with us, and we received our sunglasses earlier than anticipated. The woman we spoke to even offered us a rush on our order to make sure we got them in time for our wedding. We will definitely order from sunglass ville again and we have already told our friends about them!

Sunglassville provides great customer service, good turn around time, and most importantly, great glasses. My only reservation is their limitation in the amount of detail they are willing/able to print on the glasses. Our logo apparently had too much detail and was left off in the printing.
I would strongly recommend them, as long as your logo doesn't include minute details.

I advised the Customer Service over the phone that I wanted Sunglasses but in various color. When I received my order they were all blue. I called and complained they said that I could make a reorder with a percentage off. I figured this was just away to get more money out of me. The Sunglasses that I did receive were great just wrong color. I do have to say they did try to make things better but they never met my needs, so I will be choosing a different company next time.
