Customer service has a lot to be desired. I purchased
3 Ah Bras. I order large and they sent small. I contacted them that I would be sending them back. They said they never received and would not give me my money back. It is not my fault the postal service did not deliver. They will not answer my emails and
I am out a little over $20. I am on a fixed income and 80 yrs. old. You think they would refund my money. I will never do business with them again.

Do NOT order from this business. They ship you junk product, and then make you pay to ship it back to them, saying they don’t cover return shipping costs on account of “customer preference”. WHO prefers to keep poor quality products?!?!?

Great webshop
Was quite sceptical after reading reviews but gave it a try because it was the only webshop which still had my size available. Package was delivered on time and everything was good.

Worst customer service ever experienced
I ordered a product, they canceled the shipping label so I contacted support, they opened a ticket, and a week later refunded my money without another word. Now I have to order what I wanted elsewhere and wait another week. I'll never use these jackwagons again.

Very happy with my new pants. Great fit and nice fabric. It took a week before it arrived in DK. Definitely not the last time I bought something from their shop :)
