Good service

Product condition

Hi Superbalist,
I’m extremely disappointed with the Nike Air Rift shoes I recently purchased from you.

Unfortunately, the left shoe has a noticeable manufacturing/finishing defect around the toe area. There is significantly more exposed/separating cotton between the toes on the left shoe compared to the right shoe, making the shoe look poorly finished and, honestly, unlike an original Nike product.

I purchased these shoes from Superbalist specifically expecting an authentic Nike product with the quality and finishing associated with the brand. However, the condition of the left shoe is unacceptable, and I cannot keep or wear the shoes in this condition.

I would like the shoes to be returned and either replaced with a defect-free pair or refunded in full. Please advise me on the return process as soon as possible.

I would appreciate this being treated as a manufacturing defect rather than a change-of-mind return.

Please advise if you need a picture of the shoe I'll be gladly to share how the shoe looks.
