Disappointing Experience with Superior Funding
I had high hopes for Superior Funding based on their promises of quick and easy loans, but my experience was anything but that. The application process was confusing, and despite providing all the requested documents, I faced constant delays with little communication. When I reached out for updates, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It took over a week to hear back about my loan, and by then, I’d already sorted things out elsewhere. The whole ordeal felt disorganized and stressful—definitely not the fast solution they advertise. I expected better from a company targeting government employees like me.

I apologize for your dissatisfaction. However, we were closed all of last week, Monday for the holiday and the rest of the week due to inclement weather. While this is unusual for us, unfortunately it is the case. We are currently catching up on our emails and voicemails. We did have an automatic reply email going out that was updated each day to keep our customers informed.

Refinancing has been a hassle
Refinancing has been a hassle. They have decided they need to see my current paycheck deposit . Even though I use 2 accounts. There is nothing on their website or emails that state they need to see payroll deposits. They make up rules as they go. It is not a typical payday loan. I set up an allotment and have been timely for over a year the zero issues in a stable government job.
They just made up a rule.

It is required because the debit card to the account is our collateral on our loans. Please reach out if you have further questions.
