My experience with Superior Funding was extremely disappointing. The first thing I noticed was the complete lack of transparency in the loan terms — the high interest rates were only revealed after signing the papers, which made me feel like I had been deceived.

Customer service was the worst part of the experience. The staff were completely unhelpful and seemed uninterested in finding solutions that suited the client’s needs. Every inquiry I made was met with indifference or curt, unhelpful responses.

Additionally, the loan approval process was unnecessarily slow and complicated. It took weeks to get a response, and despite submitting all the required documents on time, they kept asking for additional paperwork without any clear reason.

As for the fees, they were highly inflated. Unexpected charges were added, significantly increasing the financial burden. It felt like every step of the process was designed to maximize their gain at the client’s expense.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with Superior Funding. There are many other companies that offer better services with more transparency and greater respect for their client
