I ordered a bun extension in light grey. What I received is very dark grey and far too short to be made into a bun.

Colour matching was absolutely perfect to my hair and delivery was next day as promised. I had a slight issue with receiving the response email but just rang them and they sorted it super quick so I wasn’t delayed
