Refund rip off
I have ordered cat flap for my double glazed garden doors. The posted item was such shockingly poor quality I imnediately enquired about a refund. Turns out this company does not refund postage, nor does provide return labels, and therefore I got refunded only the value of the actual item but had to cover £13 in double postage to return the item. When I enquired about this I was being told that I was returning the item based on personal preference, and the company owner insisted the cat flap is high quality because "we sell many of them and people do not complain".
I wish I took a video of the cat flap which had such flimsy locking mechanism that it was possible to unlock it from the outside. No way on Earth would I install such cheaply made product into doubleglazed garden door which normally costs around £400 to professionally manufacture. The item has a serious design flaw resulting in safety issue. The owner however does not accept this claim just keeps repeating the same argument claiming his products are high quality, and even suggested I purchased another "better" cat flap.
It's astonishing how low people drop for the sake of not returning £13 in postage.
Potential buyers beware.
