Order Status: During our final quality check, we found an issue with one roll in your order where the adhesive had bubbled, making it unsuitable for shipment. To ensure you receive a product that meets our quality standards, we are remanufacturing that roll. This process requires an additional two days.

Updated Shipping Timeline: Your order is now scheduled to ship on February 6th or 7th. You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it is dispatched.

Our Commitment to Communication: We acknowledge that our updates have been insufficient. We are committed to providing you with proactive, daily updates via email until your order is delivered.

As a gesture of apology for the delay, we are prepared to refund the $46.50 shipping fee to your original payment method. Please confirm if this works for you, or let us know if you prefer an alternative solution.

Regarding the soldering work: due to the delicate nature of welded connections, joints can sometimes loosen during shipping, which can interrupt the signal to the rest of the strip. Our suggestion to check the first non-functioning piece was intended to help diagnose whether the issue was localized—in which case a simple re-solder could restore function—rather than a full product failure.

We take your feedback seriously and are committed to making this right. While we originally offered to send a replacement to resolve the issue, we understand that you prefer a refund instead.
