Terrible customer service, ordered a gift for Christmas, never arrived, weeks of emails sent with no reply. Eventually got a reply to say item would be sent out, still hasn’t arrived , opened a case through PayPal for a refund.

Today I received a personalised keyring that I ordered. I am very happy with it..the quality is excellent..as with the engraving. The delivery was also super fast..would definitely recommend.

I was really cautious after seeing the mixed reviews but thought I would take a chance. If nothing arrived I would be protected through PayPal and my credit card.

I could not be happier. I ordered a personalised key ring which arrived 24 hours after I ordered it. Brilliant quality and a lovely item.

Update: Finally had a response back from Supermug to say my item was sent out without a proper postal address (missing the house number and street name).
Since this could have been an error on my part, they’ve asked me to change my review, but so far they haven’t provided any support in helping track the item.

Ordered a keyring for Christmas, still hasn’t arrived. Sent numerous emails to customer services, most have gone unanswered. Will I ever see my order or my money back?

Absolutely disgusting no customer service at all ..ordered a personalised present before christmas ...it didn't arrive although it was promised that it would arrive in time....my email was answered eventually and I said I wanted a replacement..none arrived...despite emailing several times....no goods....no money ...nothing....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....RIP OFF !!!....

I was apprehensive ordering from here, especially so close to Christmas and after reading mixed reviews here. I ordered on Saturday evening (19th Dec) and received my personalised bracelet this morning, first class (22nd Dec). I've had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Ordered a keyring from them

First they sent the wrong one so they tried to fix it and still sent the wrong one

Told them not to bother a third time as I might end up with a rainbow unicorn mug next time :(

After reading negative reviews on here, I was very wary about placing an order. I just wanted to say that I am so pleased I decided to place an order (on Tuesday) and it has arrived today (Thursday). Couldn’t be happier, lovely leather bracelet purchased for Christmas.

So gutted that I ordered a birthday present for my mum on 2nd October, PAID for 3-5 day delivery, we’re now 15th October and still no delivery. I’ve emailed 4 times now, only have 1 reply to my first email to say it was shipped 6th October but since then no replies. I’ve asked for the Tracking info but nothing. Mums birthday has obviously been and gone now

On this instance I'm waiting nearly 3 weeks for the delivery and my mums birthday has been and gone. What was initially a fast speedy service with the initial delivery hasnt been anything even remotely resembling even amicable customer service.

Not only is the tracking feature completely disabled but I have not had any delivery since the initial purchase which has been 3 weeks.

I'm heartbroken and I would ask for a refund at this point if it wasn't a perfect gift for my mum.

Now imagine how much of a piece of rubbish you would feel right now. Excuse my language.

For the first time since I can remember she hasn't got a gift off me on her birthday for the first time in 15 years. I'm appalled embarrassed and quite frankly angry beyond belief.

After a speedy ish delivery last time I thought this would be perfect

Instead I'm left more than disappointed at the fact the product I ordered hasn't arrived.

Please please update me ASAP

I'm leaving this 1 star review as I;ve recieved totally unsolictied marketing emails from this joke of a company. TOTALLY unacceptable in todays day and age.

Fabulous ordered one for my dad it was soooo lovely I ordered one for my farther in law from the kids wasn’t expecting it till today so thought I would miss Father’s Day but it came last week amazing service and lovely present good quality too xxx

Love it! I have ordered two key rings for my husband and grandad with kids names. I have got them within a week, so was very pleased as they arrived before Father's Day. They are gorgeous and good quality. My husband and his father loved the presents. I'm getting a key ring for myself now, can not resist. Was also feeling nervous after reading the comments but it turned out very well. 5 stars!

I was very nervous about using this website after reading the mixture of reviews here but I am very glad I went ahead with my order for a key ring. It arrived to Ireland on the 6th working day and it is really nice. All names are spelt correctly, even the Irish ones! I know my husband will love it when he gets it on Sunday for Father’s Day 😊

I’ve been super MUGGED off by these people! Ordered a key ring for Mother’s Day via an ad on Facebook telling me it would be here by then, a month down the line and still nothing! Absolute waste of time and money.

I ordered a mug (order #318376) as a mothers day gift on 8th March and still have not received it.

I emailed the support team on March 20th and waited a whole week for a reply. "We'll look into it" said Sarah at Supermug.

I emailed again on the 7th April to no avail. A further email today (9th) has met with a similar deafening silence.

Stay Clear

Ordered over 10 days ago and still waiting. No response to emails. Really poor
