So first used super payments 2 weeks ago via a web site I use regularly. Setup account, made payment and then couldn't log in. For 2 weeks every time I try to login, it keeps telling me that I've been selected for checks and someone will contact me. Service is terrible and won't be using again

Easy to use
Easy to use, the option came up when i was buying online Temple Spa. When you choose it on the payment page you automatically get a saving of 2 or 3 pounds to use against your next purchase. There are no strings attached.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first used this app but I’ve used it a few times now it’s quite strange forward you get a discount which is used off your next purchase and the company you use won’t be charged by the bank for you using your card. So I know I’m helping a small company survive in this crazy country we living in at min.

Only a benefit if a frequent user of a member store
Great if you are a frequent user of a particular shop that uses Super Payments. Had not appreciated cash rewards are not transferable to other shops. As I have finished my purchases with the shop I earned the rewards with, the rewards are effectively worthless. Better to collecting cashback on your credit card and get buyer protection.
Their customer service is very responsive and helpful. Needed them to explain the system and to add a missing reward.

Really good way and easy way to pay. Get savings I even got something for free using my savings over time. Highly recommend more websites should use this!
