useless, waste of time

Supersavvyme don't even deserve to gain one star, rubbish and wasted my time collecting points and they pull a stunt as from 1 July 2023 all users will loose points because they are changing it, scam 😡😡😡😡😡

It takes a lot of time to build up points and now they are removing their loyal app users’ reward points. Recently completed a questionnaire on hair and never received the points, queried this and it’s never been sorted. I feel scammed and appalled. There are no rewards available anyway….no surprise. I shall look to avoid buying your products in future.

Getting rid of your loyal app users’ reward points that they’ve worked for & spent time gaining? What a scam company this turned out to be. You’re going to lose A LOT of users because of this. 🤷🏻

I've been with Super Savy for quite some time. I've also been lucky enough to review products for them quite a few times. The trials are always explained well and the products are high end and well presented.
I've never won in the weekly comps, but that is a popular thing.
The points thing seems very complicated and not doable to me. So I never bother with that. I also lose my points now and then, so that's frustrating as I don't know why.
All in all it's a good site to sign up to.

I was lucky to be the winner to try the Aussie Deeep Moisture Shampoo, Conditioner and Deep Moisture bundle. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with thick curly hair it is truly amazing

I've enjoyed being part of the testing team for products. I'm always a bit skeptical that you would never get chosen, but I was and it's great fun.

I applied for free fairy products. I was very surprised to see them arrive. Included Box Fairy Non Bio Pods, Bottle Fairy Fabric Softener Outdoorable plus free sample sachets and Fairy Fresh in-wash scent booster. All for sensitive skin. I have been using these products and couldnt wish for a cleaner, softer great smelling wash.

When I opened the box I could smell the gorgeous fragrance from these products
I love how I can smell my clean washing when I open my washing machine door
Even though the fairy capsules are gentle they still clean your clothes really well
The fairy softener beads give your clothes an extra boost of fragrance and softener,they all work really well together
Even my friends who I gave sachets to of the fairy softener have all said how much their bedding and towels feel really soft and smell lovely,they were so impressed
They are all fantastic products so I will be recommending to all my friends
I rate these products 10/10
The only fault I have is all the coupons I recieved were all out of date

Been waiting for weeks for reply and they keep reading my messages on Facebook and ignoring, Iv been trying to log in for months, it won’t let me, no one is helping, such a scam of a company, they wait until people accumulate points and then all of a sudden time after time after there’s app and web page issues that clears your entire accumulation. The experience wouldn’t be nearly as bad if the customer support at least acknowledged your emails or messages. Don’t bother with this app, you get nothing from it and just give them your details and time

Finally! A product that seems to be psoriasis friendly! Delivery driver loved the scent as he dropped off a sizeable box.

I washed clothing, bedding and towels for my family member with psoriasis primarily to see any reaction to Fairy. (We did a small patch test 24 hours before to check for signs of a reaction - nothing).

HURRAH!! The scent is amazing. Fresh and not too overpowering or chemical like other brands.

The pods, softener and scent boosters all compliment each other and leave clothes lovely and clean. The towels feel fluffier than before (I was worried about possible residue being left after using all three products together - I needn’t have worried).

SUCCESS! After several laundry washes, my family member commented on how much softer the clothes, bedding and towels felt. Because Fairy is non bio, it prides itself on being gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. I can certainly attest to that! There appear to be less psoriatic flare ups and some even appear to have settled down, which is fantastic!

Using Fairy as a pretreatment on some tired looking cream slippers (other detergents didn’t revive them), they came up much brighter and look almost like new! The photo I took doesn’t do justice to how clean they actually look!

I’m definitely going to keep using Fairy not only for their sensitive skin, but for the whole family too! #FairyFreshness

I often get free samples from Supersavvyme upon requesting them, and today I got a huge box of Fairy products, including non bio washing liquid, scent boosters and money off vouchers. Upon opening the box, a gorgeous scent just punched me in the face, and reminded me of a Yankee Candle delivery. I can't wait to try these and see what a difference they make to my bedding, as you can't beat soft, lovely smelling bedsheets. I'm quite surprised by the negative reviews on here, as I've always had a positive experience with Supersavvyme. Maybes it's just because some people don't want to put the effort in when it comes to answering surveys and agreeing to publish to social media, but for me, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially during this cost of living crisis. A little bit of time and effort, can earn you quite a nice little bundle of products.

Joined months ago and have been having trouble signing in so delete app and reinstalled and no points and doesn’t let you on anything as many others bad app

Terrible and unethical initiative, surprising that it comes from Procter and Gamble which would have some reputational risk here... but I suppose most people don't know it's P&G. Very unclear when you sign up - what you are signing up for. Clearly many people don't know (including me) based on many of the reviews here. If you can't contact them directly, try contacting P&G directly. If you have been getting emails from them and don't know where or how they got your email, remember you have the right to request your information according to GDPR (a subject data access request) and they can tell you when and how they got your information.

Had the supersavvy app for approximately 6 months. Got rejected for every single product test ( not sure if there's some kind of set criteria you need to meet to be selected?). Never won a single competition and racked up over 3,000 points. Decided to cash in for a £5 gift voucher and deleted the app. Feels like such a scam!

I have been a member of Supersavvy me for a while, logging in every day to gain points to earn rewards. Last week I decided to use some to claim a Primark voucher. Apparently the link on the voucher has to be used in store within 20 minutes, an impossible task when you claim it sat at home with your Ipad! I contacted Supersavvy straight away & have still not heard from them.

Had never heard of this company… until they started sending me 100s of emails saying I’d signed up via a partner website… very annoying when 1 you haven’t signed up to anything and 2, you get hounded with emails telling you to create an account. Looking at reviews it seems I’m not the only one!! Avoid

App isn’t working hasn’t worked in god knows how long! I can’t get on it. So what is the point in doing any of this. So disappointed in it really am!
