Selling products they do not have in stock waited 7 days, now need to order from elsewhere. Customer service not very helpful when requesting a refund

The Quality of these 20mm mats are top notch, and combined with the very competitive pricing makes them a no brainer. Solid easy to cut with a Stanley knife and being 1m x1m rather than the alternative 600mm ones elsewhere these are fantastic. I also must commend Michael, who kept me up to date when they would be dispatched. And who rectified an issue (purely down to the courier company’s error) A well run business with quality products at competitive prices. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

Excellent and fast response to customer service queries even when I made a mistake with my order on a Sunday they responded and helped me to resolve it straight away. Item was on pre order which was a little later than anticipated but again excellent response when I asked about delivery date and once received was shipped immediately . Dumbbells and rack that were ordered are excellent quality will be my go to store for any further gym equipment

"I recently purchased a set of dumbbells with rubber weights and metal handles, ranging from 1kg to 10kg. They came with a V-shaped tree frame. I bought them to familiarize my grandchildren with using dumbbells, and they have found them very useful. My grandchildren, aged between 5 and 11, now pick up the lightweight dumbbells every day before school and in the evening to do little exercises in front of the mirror. The set is compact and well-organized in a sturdy frame. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it."
