this was the first time ordering and waited and waited and then i got an email to say they where having supply chain issues but it says on there website as in stock they should not be in business when someone says in stock mean that they have the stock you dont get that with amazon not so it is hard
Stay well clear if you want your items on time
Joke of a compnay even waited 5 days for a refund

Hi there, I'm Zoe from the Customer Happiness team. I completely understand your frustrations as a customer. How our supply chain works is it's a revolving door of goods in and out, and as a growing startup we're constantly evolving new processes to keep up with demand. As much of it is a learning process, there are time when we run short of stock in a way large enterprise companies wouldn't, which I know really affects the customer experience. In terms of refunds, we issue them immediately but banks or platforms like Paypal can often take up to 10 days to release the funds as they need time to process their transactions. I know you're disappointed and rightly so, I do hope the above helps give some insight to what happens behind the scenes. Zoe xx (Customer Happiness team)

Quick delivery . Problem with order box was wet and had beer inside. Notified by email was dealt with straight away and bottles were replaced within a few days. Brilliant service all round would defiantly use again and recommend.
