Great folk
Great folk - informative about their products, decent prices and quick delivery. A 17kg 2.4m x 1.2m whiteboard arrived without a hitch. 10/10, would order again.

The ordering experience was much easier…
The ordering experience was much easier than any other websites on offer and the prices were very transparent. Slight damage to the box on delivery which showed on one of the noticeboards but we were able to sort that out by pressing it on the rear.

While some items I needed weren't available, they made an effort to source alternatives. The chat support was responsive and helpful, though not all queries were resolved. Their service is decent, and they fulfill orders with an adequate level of communication and support.

good service even when things go wrong
I ordered some noticeboards and unfortunately they had been damaged in transit by the courier. However, I have to say the response was great and I was kept informed daily with regards to the replacements. Sometimes, the measure of a supplier, is how they respond when something goes wrong! Excellent in this case.
