First, like other fundraising platforms - this relies heavily on social media. Second - you don't have the ability to refuse/refund a donation. Third - you can't remove - only hide comments. And last - you can't prevent people from following your fundraiser. These are all things I'm NOT happy about.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received through SupportNow.org. Knowing that most of the funds actually go to my child —unlike other platforms—has made a meaningful difference during a difficult time. Whenever I have questions or need guidance, their team is responsive and genuinely helpful, which brings a lot of peace of mind.

It’s comforting to have a well-maintained fundraising platform I can trust, so I can focus on what truly matters: caring for my child.

I needed a platform that gave the most back to my daughter’s fundraising efforts and that is SupportNow. The system fee is the lowest, the blog feature has been amazing to share with followers and one day when treatment starts we will likely use the meal support function. Thankful that Advocacy Abby shared this amazing asset to support our journey.

SupportNow is a great platform to rally people to your cause. It is fairly easy to use and the support team answers your questions in a timely manner

SupportNow provided light at the end of a dark tunnel for our family. When my adult son was diagnosed with a serious fatal disease a friend told us about SupportNow. We were able to start a SupportNow page to rally our friends and family to support our son for much needed financial assistance for treatment and equipment he will need as his disease progresses. They also provided resources for organizations who offer grants and other services that will be needed for my son. There are no words adequate enough to thank them for their assistance.

I had a fantastic experience using SupportNow to bring my hometown dance community together after the sudden loss of one of our beloved teachers. We set up a scholarship fund to honor her legacy and fund future dancer's ballet education, and also used the page to post fond memories of our time with her. The SupportNow team was so helpful and communicative in the process, going above and beyond what you'd receive on another fundraising platform.

SupportNow was an incredible resource for our family during our child's childhood cancer journey. I loved that I was able to provide family and friends with updates along with the ability to ask for help in ways more than financially. It truly takes a village when going through something so difficult and SupportNow made it so much easier to receive the help we needed. You might not think you will ever need a resource like this (just like I never imagined having a child with cancer), but it is an important resource to keep in your back packet should you or someone close to you go through a challenging time.

Between hospital stays, appointments, therapies, and the day-to-day care your child needs, it can become incredibly challenging to manage everything else. During this season for our family, SupportNow has become a way for our community to truly show up for us.

One of the biggest ways it helps our family is through financial support. Medical life comes with so many unexpected costs, and the generosity of our community helps ease some of that burden in a very real way.

But just as meaningful is the emotional support. Being able to write updates and share what is happening allows us to keep our village informed without having to repeat difficult conversations over and over. The encouragement, prayers, and messages we receive remind us that we aren’t walking through this alone.

We also love the features that allow people to sign up to help with meals, errands, and tasks around the house. When you’re focused on caring for your child, those everyday things can quickly become overwhelming, and this page makes it easy for people to step in and help in practical ways.

For medical moms and families navigating complex diagnoses, this resource helps bridge the gap between a community that wants to help and the real needs families are carrying every day. It gave our village a way to show up and that support means more than we can put into words.

I don’t know why anyone would use anything else. You keep more money. The support team is super responsive and I love that I can blog to keep my community informed.

I am so glad I chose SupportNow. It was to set up, is feature rich and easy to use, includes great ways to support our friend and communicate about her health and needs. Even the customer support has been amazing!! I'd highly recommend this program.

This is our first experience using the SupportNow website, and it has been truly amazing. The outpouring of love and support from friends and family has been overwhelming in the best possible way. We feel so blessed to have SupportNow and so many others reaching out and lifting us up.

I had a meeting with Abby this morning and she informed me of so many opportunities out there to access grants for my daughters needs and how to start a page for support regarding her health needs expenses. I’m learning so much and my daughters diagnosis it’s new to me, it’s been difficult on the family and it’s incredible to meet people that are going trough the same thing and are willing to help the community and share the knowledge to bring support to children in need and there families!! 💞

Spoke with Scott today after I entered the wrong bank account number for our account! He was fast and efficient with helping me resolve the issue! Very helpful and appreciated!

The support we got in helping set everything up was a God send!

As a beneficiary, the process to set up a stripe account was complicated and then requesting a payout was as well. It is not very user friendly but Scott with his customer service made up for the frustration! He was respectful, knowledgeable and responded in a timely manner. That is why I rated it a 4.

SupportNow is amazing. The process was so smooth and when I wasn’t tech savvy, I received individual guidance (from a real person) who was helpful and kind. The program is set up to prompt you if you need to complete a step and I appreciated the follow up email reminding me to finish a task.
The response time was always within a day

Scott went above and beyond to help me through fixing a mistake I made. He was postive and helpful the whole time. So thankful for this platform and the people running it!! Can’t recommend enough.
