Great people, great service. Highly recommendable.

Very friendly and easy to deal with, very responsive and very quick: boiler was installed at very short notice. Installer was very competent. The quote was not the most expensive. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Apart from the fitter turning up 45 minutes earlier than the time I'd been advised by the company was the earliest they would be arriving, my experience was excellent.
The price quoted was reasonable, communication very good, the company were flexible in fitting in with my preferred availability. The fitter was extremely pleasant, tidy...dust sheets laid wherever he thought might be making a mess - he didn't! Shelving was removed and replaced after the boiler was fitted. Lauren in the office was always extremely helpful and friendly.
All rubbish was removed. All in all an excellent experience.

Jack arrived on time and put in an impressive very full, very clean day's work doing an enormous job removing an old boiler and outside flue, then replacing it with a new one.
We are delighted with his attitude, expertise and our new boiler.

Surrey Gas is a first class Company. The Company is run efficiently and extremely well. I chose this Company for my daughter in her first home to install a Combi Boiler and radiators, I researched and done my homewoek very well. I was overseeing the work being done as my daughter was working. I myself have had a few plumbers in the past do jobs for me but this Company are amazing, Lauren and George who are the owners are hands on with their communication, from informing you and reminding you when Engineer would be at the property to talking you through the job. Mike installed the boiler and radiators, what can I say such a gentleman, hard working polite professional tidy guy. Paul who works at the Company too did a small job for me at my house, again polite and on time. I would not hesitate for a moment not to recommend Surrey Gas, the reviews speak volumes for this Company. I will and certainly my daughter will use them again for any jobs. A great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication (which is a rarity these days) from Lauren and George, very helpful and informative. Boiler installation by Jeff, who was a joy. Timely, very experienced, meticulous - and worked right through from the minute he got here until the minute he left (again, a rarity!) A five star experience from the whole team.

Very friendly people at Surrey Gas! My initial request for a quote for boiler replacement was followed up immediately by Lauren, and George arrived next day to provide a fixed price for the job. Michael arrived at 7.30 on the agreed date for the installation, and completed the job by 3 p.m. It was a very tidy job, at a competitive price.

I am very pleased I chose Surrey Gas, and will continue to use them for annual servicing of the boiler.

Our boiler was installed in one day.

I recently moved into my new home and the existing boiler needed replacing. I contacted Surrey Gas and George came in person to view and explain the work needed.
I accepted his quote and the new boiler was installed last week by Darren, who was exceptional. He worked all day, replacing not just the boiler but one radiator which wasn't working and checking all the others. The whole system is now working perfectly and I couldn't be happier.

We had a disappointing experience with Surrey Gas. We paid a large amount of money for the new boiler installation. The engineer did not consult with us or fit the two port switch. Then did not reply or provide quote to fit it retrospectively. This left us with a large additional expense, which was unexpected and costly.
