Surrey Gas did an excellent job in installing our new boiler. Lauren in the office kept in contact throughout the whole process. Darren, who carried out the installation was very courteous and worked with minimal disruption to our lives.

Really happy with the service and the cost was reasonable. I was concerned that the total job cost would go through the roof when we decided to upgrade to a higher spec boiler.

The change in price was relative to the cost of the higher spec boiler - no hidden charges.

The follow up was exceptional.
Surrey Gas is now our go to company for our heating needs. They'll also be doing our annual service!

George from Surrey Gas fitted my boiler this week and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
He was highly efficient, completing the work promptly while maintaining a very high standard throughout. Everything was done with care and attention to detail.

A competitive, fixed price quote was advised at the outset. This was held to on completion and the new boiler was installed on the agreed day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Gas.

5 star service from start to finish. Excellent knowledgeable advice at the quotation stage, with no pressure to accept. Fitting date was only two weeks wait. Fitter was friendly and very efficient, quick and very tidy. Boiler fitted and working in under five hours. New boiler working very well, appears to be using less gas that our old one. Initially with Lauren in the office,who is so friendly and helpful on the phone, to George who surveyed the work,and is so efficient and knowledgeable ( I received a very reasonable estimate the same day) , through to Geoff the engineer who installed our new boiler with minimal disruption. He was a very calm and friendly guy. Geoff sheeted up the working area and checked we were happy with the positioning of the new boiler and pipes before starting work . He was happy to answer all our questions as we were replacing an old 50 year old boiler. He worked methodically, was very neat and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Surrey Gas to any one looking for a friendly,efficient, reliable gas company.

A surveyor came on the day my boiler went wrong and a quote was given same day,Paul arrived on the time and date given,he worked efficiently and completed job,in under 5 hours and took everything away

Lauren was so helpful and friendly during the initial discussions for a new boiler and was very patient in answering many questions. Great service from George when coming to quote and installation by Paul who worked extremely hard over the 2 days, leaving everything spotless once finished.
