As a buyer, when I put in an offer, I don't expect a phone call 20 minutes later, assuming I'm then the buyer and say "We've had an insulting offer" As a company is absolutely abhorrent and will... Ver más

A very helpful but supportive estate agency
A very helpful, non-pushy and supportive estate agency. We recently (Jan 2019) bought a holiday house through Susan Payne Property and we only have good reports of them. Jan in the office was particularly good at keeping our purchase on track and acting as an intermediary between both parties and both sets of solicitors. She was proactive but not intrusive.

The team at Susan Payne property are absolutely outstanding and I would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house across the Isle of Wight.
With expert experience and advise they took the stress out of moving home and enabled the whole process to run smoothly.
No corporate sales pitches, just a friendly local service where nothing is to much trouble.
A truly exemplary experience from start to finish there really is no one out there that comes close to Susan Payne property.

Susan Payne Property sold my flat in Bembridge
Susan Payne Property sold my flat in less than two months. They listen to what customers want and are full of enthusiasm and energy for what they do. They don't push the 'corporate' sales pitch, mortgage selling or send endless numbers of unwanted emails. A very positive experience, with a successful outcome, from a highly motivated and most pleasant team of people.
