I'm grateful and thankful to Sushil Sir. I owe him a lot....as I am suffering from diabetes mellitus since last thirteen years and developed advanced diabetic neuropathy. Was suffering tremendously over last five years. Unable to seat, walk, work....was sleeping about 16 hours a day.
Then one miracle happened in my life five months back. My friend recommended me to Sushil Sir MBM.... And World changed for me. Now I am doing regular workouts as per Sir's guidance. My fitness levels have improved like that I'm feeling to be of 18 years. Actually I'm now 47 years running....

Sushil sir's earnest effort for making us all fit is awesome. His exhaustive knowledge and experience sharing motivates and encourages every individual to acheive one's ability to execute daily activities with optimal performance, endurance, and strength. The Affirmations techniques used in the course helped me to manage my cronic Diabetic , fatigue, stress and Reduced my sedentary behavior. In addition to fitness his knowledge about Nutrition reqrequirments for the Body and Soul helped me tremendously.

I joined this 3-month fitness course after attending an online workshop by Coach Sushil. I am glad I did. I feel energized and excited to wake up every morning and do the workout. The workout varies every day and Sushil sir makes it interesting. He keeps motivating everyone in the class. He makes us do the workout without sounding pushy. But makes sure we do it. Also, his mediation sessions, discussions and suggestions during, before and after workout are too good. He really wants everyone to work on Mind and body. I started feeling less stressed after joining the course. Unfortunately, I am not able to join live sessions due to time difference. But he does provide a recording everyday and it is easy to follow.
I wish he starts live sessions for our morning times in USA and we can have more benefits.

Miracle mastery by Sushil sir is very well designed. I started a year ago before trying other fitness programs. but in between if I take a break nothing use to motive me to go back to those programs. Always I get inspired to get back and workout with sushil sir on live training sessions. It has developed a strong sense of discipline and commitment towards my fitness and mental health. Thanks for all those meditation sessions sir, they help me lot in healing inside out.

Most honest and dedicated person I have seen who wakes up daily and comes live to coach members. His ideas are awesome not only for weight loss but for healthy gain as well. I lost 6kgs in 4 months. Thanks Sushil sir once again

Sushil is very methodical when it comes to nutrition, exercise routine. He gave me a balanced yet easy to follow diet plan, explained the logic & science behind it.
The workout sessions are fun. He encourages you without sounding pushy which makes you do better. Overall he is a great coach when it comes to health n fitness

2 Months back when I joined Suhsil's Mind Body Miracle, I never thought that Weight Loss Miracle will happen so early. When I joined I was 85+ and now I am weighing below 80. My goal is to reduce my weight till 70 kg and I am sure that I will achive this goal because I have one of the Best Trainer in the world who is pushing me everymorning to achieve something remarkble.
