the whole experience of shopping in at Sussex Beds was great, lots of information and advise, but not pushing for a sale, which is why a choose to buy the bed in the end.

Very good experience from looking to delivery and the bed is excellent

I can’t speak highly enough of Ian at the Portslade showroom. He is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely friendly, and he makes the whole process straightforward and efficient.

This is my second purchase from Sussex Beds. I returned purely because of the excellent experience I had two years ago, which, coincidentally, was also with Ian.

Sussex Beds is now the only place I’ll buy my beds from.

We were looking for a new mattress and bed. There was no pressure unlike bigger chains we tried and the staff were just around to answer questions which made it easy

Everything from first to last was done with professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. Should have added Ian Hay was instrumental in all this.

We had fantastic service from the staff at the Haywards Heath branch when burying our new bed. Knowledgeable and helpful staff also gave us the space to think about our decision and test out lots of options.

After visiting several shops we decided to give Sussex Beds a try. Katrina at Newnham Court Maidstone was very friendly and helpful, gave excellent advice and service. Thank you

Mark Curtis was very friendly and helpful. However, I was not impressed with the delivery men as they did not take their shoes off went entering my property

Very pleased with service provided. Attentive staff and good choice at their Worthing branch so it was easy to experience each mattress before making a decision. Swift delivery and the guys who called were very careful and removed old bed and packaging. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a bed, changed my mind after 30 or so days, they changed the bed with no issues & got a bit of refund as newer bed slightly cheaper!

First class-Fantastic customer service! Very knowledgeable and happy to help with questions etc.. had tried various retailers of the typical bed brands, but none were as enthusiastic and keen to help as the customer service agents in Sussex beds, they went out of their way to assist and inform us of the vast choices available and never tried any hard sales tactics!- fab customer service, much more personal service. We bought a king size mattress, pillows and more! Will definitely recommend and return to them when we need to upgrade our spare rooms. Also love the mechanical adjustable beds!! Vast choice available and comparable with the high quality brands that we had previously tried.
