Great service
Great service in the shop. Listened to what we wanted. Delivery was excellent. The mattress has surpassed expectations. Only slept in it twice but our back ache and knee pain have gone!

Great service....
Friendly & helpful staff member. Ordering was straightforward. Arranged for delivery plus removal of our old bed & mattress which worked well. The delivery drivers were friendly & professional.
I have used Sussex Beds in the past and will use them again in the future.

The slats were too short
The slats were too short. I had to angle all the screws to hit the support stringer.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the slats and the difficulty you experienced during assembly. This is certainly not what we would expect. We will pass your comments onto our supplier to try and avoid this issue in the future.

Funny thing is that I was going to call you tomorrow and have a moan. You are not going to like it, but you did ask.
I’m Very disappointed. I came to you because I felt happier using a local firm and felt I could trust them more on what was a complicated order. How wrong I was! Having been assured that my orthopaedic beds would be ready before Christmas, when I called to get a date for delivery I was told all was ok as told when purchased, though at the time it was a very casual way I was informed. So ten days or so later I chased again to be told the suppliers had no record of the order. So sorry and all that but bottom line, either you or the suppliers are telling porkies. I see that you have taken my half payment. You might want to call me when you read this—not sure you want to see this on Trustpilot

We sincerely apologise for the conflicting information you were given and for the concern caused by the delay and the confusion surrounding your order. Your order was sent to the the manufacturers on the day the order was taken but unfortunately was missed when they processed their orders, this is very unusual but frustrating. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we fully appreciate how this has affected your trust in us.
A member of our team will contact you shortly with an update, our priority is to resolve this as quickly as possible. Thank you again for raising this—we truly hope we can make things right for you.

We have just bought two mattresses and pillow from the Caterham store. We had excellent service from Graham who was very helpful and gave very good advice. We are really pleased with our new beds. Would definitely recommend and use this local company again.

The Best of the Best
My wife & I visited the Bexhill store and we were greeted by Julie. This was the first time we have purchased a mattress together so we needed someone with patience and understanding. Julie was much more than that, she covered the benefits of each mattress in great detail and remained impartial when my wife preferred the more expensive brand. In the end we decided on the Aura Cloud mattress which is made by Sussex Beds, this was my choice from the start and thankfully my wife agreed. Nearly two months later we are still loving the mattress and I continue to turn and flip it as suggested. We chose Sussex Beds because they are a family business and local.
