Great selection of tapes and stationary items!

I just received my order in the post today, and I'm so happy with all the items I purchased! There were two items that were out of stock after ordering, but I got a notification of a refund so completely happy with this - I understand that sometimes website inventory might not match what is actually available, these things happen! The processing and delivery was nice and quick after ordering, especially coming from a small business. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Thank you!

Really gorgeous items and the shop…

Really gorgeous items and the shop owner Amy is lovely, but the delivery arrangements don't work for me. I always pay for 24 hour Royal Mail delivery. Each time my item is sent out I receive an email saying it's been packed and posted off, with a tracking number. Instead of being handed over directly to Royal Mail, it seems it's handed to a third party who holds it for several days before passing it on to Royal Mail. For example, I received an email on Thursday 28th August to say my item was on its way. I'd paid the extra for 24 hour delivery, so it should've arrived on Friday 29th. It's now Monday 1 September and the postman's just been, still nothing. Royal Mail tracking still says they're "expecting it" but "Transglobal Express" says it's arrived at their delivery depot. If it arrives tomorrow, it'll be four business days after the 24 hour delivery I paid for. This is the fourth time I've paid extra and the fourth time it's taken 3+ days to arrive. I've emailed the shop owner about this in the past and received a really kind, fast response and a refund for the additional postage but it just keeps happening. If delivery arrangements don't bother you then I can otherwise completely recommend it!

It was way more difficult than it looked. I gave up and threw it away. I do not recommend.

Lies to customers

Said they dispatched them item on Tuesday, but didn’t actually send it until the following Monday. I emailed an enquiry about why the tracking showed the item as not having been received over 72 hours after it has supposedly been posted, and was sent a rather rude response giving absolutely no offer of help telling me to wait up to 20 days for an item that had supposedly already shipped. I’m in the UK, Royal Mail do not take this long. I am a small business owner and would never treat my customers like this. I will be telling everyone and anyone I can to avoid this company as they’re so dishonest. To lie to me and then ship it later is unacceptable.

EDIT: item was received by North West Midlands on Monday 13th when it was actually shipped. It has not been scanned in “up North” like the seller is again lying about, it was literally shipped on Monday as can be proven. The item was only shipped AFTER I got in touch with my bank because it had been marked as shipped 6 days prior to being sent. I don’t even want the item anymore, so you may as well have just kept the item and refunded me. You were caught in a lie and instead of accepting it you’re being incredibly unprofessional.

Good evening,

When you contacted us about your order it was the 10th. We informed you that although our website marked the item as dispatched on the 7th it did not go out straight away on the 7th but on the 9th.

Your item had not been scanned in yet on the 10th. Unfortunately we have this happen fairly frequently whereas an item doesn’t get scanned in until delivery. This is not something we can control though have complained about it on multiple occasions.

We are based in the west midlands and your parcel was scanned in today up north. So it has gone through processing down here and not scanned in. We have not lied as there is no way we would have got it up there unless it had been processed down here first.

We are at the mercy of Royal mail and as per their own guidelines a item is not classed as lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

I, myself and another staff member both advised you that if your item had not show up by the 22nd we would happily replace or offer a full refund.

You then did a chargeback against us which we have provided full evidence against.

Edit: not sure how the 10th to the 22nd was 20 days. we was not caught in a lie as the mail centre it was scanned in at is not our local one.

I won’t be responding further as you have been very impatient and rude. I would not recommend any company does business with you.

Still waiting

It’s been 14 days since I’ve placed my order. Still no word on when it will ship. Four days ago I emailed to find out the status of my order, no response. I was excited when I placed my order. Now I’m trying to figure out if I’m out $60 or if I’ll get my order someday.
