Offered a figure then knocked £200 off just for a polish.
Told me they would have to send them to Cartier to polish, when I know they would do it themselves!!!

From our initial discussion, we established that the posts had been replaced on the earrings though they had not been polished by Cartier.
We can assure you that it is standard practice for us to send branded items to the relevant brand for servicing and/or polishing.

She made everything clear and easy, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and I really appreciated her honesty and care. I sold a Cartier Love Bangle with…
I sold a Cartier Love Bangle with Sutttons and Robertsons and the service was excellent. I used their postal service which they paid for and was fully insured and as soon as they received my Bangle they made a reasonable offer which I accepted and the money was in my account within a few hours.
