Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff
I had to use Sutton and Robertsons to generate some emergency funds. I was given very good prices. Super fast payments too. All staff members are very friendly, respectful and empathetic to your situation. Professional Organisation
From initial contact with S&R through to assessment of item and agreement to sale was quick, easy and professionally managed. At each stage of the process I was advised what would happen next and given friendly guidance in a professional way. I dealt with two members of S&R, initially Cy Ramsay and then Ruth Kirby both of which delivered on their promises. I would not hesitate in using this company again.

I received a quick valuation online for a piece of jewellery I was selling & the offer seemed reasonable. I booked an appointment for the next day & had received the agreed amount within an hour. Was given a price for a new ring which was never worn and locked away, as expected when I got there was given a new price as the ring had to be polished and it was faded, was told of you’re not happy with price walk down the road and there’s hundreds of places you can go instead of here. Very professional!

I’m very upset
I’m very upset. I had no trouble sending my package or getting my money but the follow up service is awful. No one is replying to my emails on how to pay back the loan. Please help! I don’t want to lose my item as it’s an heirloom.
