Tycker allt fungerat bra, bokade fel vecka först, men var inga problem att få hjälp att boka om. Tycker det fungerat bra och utan krångel. Men är några månader till vi ska iväg 😉

Sometimes it is a little bit difficult to handle short term bookings - 24 hours before your stay, because we have need to wait for a response of the landlord first, in this case it can need a a little bit longer to get an answer. Easiest way to reach us is by e-mail and if you call us please also leave a message, because otherwise we can't handle your call - Have a nice stay in Sweden! )

Quiet satisfied
As a host it is sometimes disapointing that directly after having confirmed a booking, it already is cancelled. I understand because the guest didn't pay to TripTo directly.
Better there is a larger marge for that.
I even prefer to have possibility to accept or not accept a bookings request
in a mail or on the phone without consequences.
The host administration part is not always function ingen simple. Takes long time to open the site.

Of course, it is very sad when you get a booking and then cancel the guests immediately after they have received their confirmation.
We are sitting in the same boat and will of course not be happy about it, but at the same time you have the right to cancel for many days after the reservation and free of charge. Fortunately, it doesn't happen as often as you know, so you have to think of all these guests who book and then come to your houses and are happy and hopefully also come back sometime :-)
When it comes to the administration, there are certain times during the year where there is high frequency, many who are in at the same time and then many visitors to our rental portals. All at the same time. Then it may feel a little slower from time to time due to high server load.
A little tip: The best time with the fastest sites is at. 6:00 in the morning or before 13. p.m., if you want to have a sleeping morning :-)
By the way, you always have the opportunity to send your updates via email to us, so we do the update for you.
