Don’t bother!
Placed an order for a Christmas present on 16th January which did not arrive. They emailed to say the order has been resent but it has still not arrived.
Have emailed requesting a refund twice but have had no response. Really poor customer service.

Ordered as slightly cheaper than other site and said fast delivery. The delivery was not fast and I had to phone to find out where it was. Did turn up but 2 weeks later.

Order placed and acknowledged - being prepared - but then no further contact!! No email contact for a followup so eventually after 17 days i telephoned and the delivery was received the following day.

When wines are difficult to source
Everytime we fancy particular wines from Italy, Svinando is the place to order from. Easy to select and order.
I am kept informed on dispatch and delivery times, it usually takes few weeks before we receive the package, but it is worth waiting for.

Need to seriously sort out deliveries
Ordered wine absolutely ages ago. I've ordered before and had anticipated the usual painful wait for delivery. After about 2 weeks received an email saying you wine has been shipped. Then received a note from yodel to say the shipment was on its way to them. Waited another two weeks and received a delivery slot from yodel. Didn't arrive. Waited another two weeks and complained to svinando. No response. I have asked to be reimbursed. Delivery on these wines is useless
