I had very bad swelling under my eyes and after 3 sessions of lymphatouch with Sophie it has now completely receded. I would highly recommend this treatment.

As part of my London Marathon training I started to have weekly massages to help relieve any tension in my legs after a shin split injury and couldn’t recommend anymore. The weekly massage help me massively and gave me so much confidence going into the day, throughout I got help with exercises and at home treatments to help and also during I always feel so comfortable and at ease

Sophie has been part of our team for our london marathon year on year. She provides knowledge, support and shares her own experiences also. Many of our team have had therapy with sophie hands on but she is pro active on our group chat throughtout the year. She is a warm and caring person who will always try a way around her schedule to help others. Sophie is TEAMSFH year on year and we are so very grateful for her mentoring to our team and also how she supports us to support them all. Sophie you deserve all the good things life brings.

Sophie provided fantastic support to our Hospice marathon runners. Her professionalism, encouragement, and expert guidance made a real difference throughout training and on race day. Our runners felt confident and well-supported every step of the way - highly recommend!

Sophie is a wonderful person who support the runners of Saint Francis hospice in her own time with her expert advice and words of wisdom. Our runners gain so much from their chats with Sophie and often go to Sophie for management of any symptoms they are experiencing and they all say how amazing she was. We are so grateful for Sophies kindness and how she supports our runners voluntarily and has done for many years and she is a wonderful addition to our marathon support team - I would recommend Sophie to anyone :)

For many years now SV have supported the Brentwood Half Marathon with their services to runners. They come with a large number of specialists and all donations raised (and this is substantial) are given to the organisers of the event for distribution to good causes. A great partner for the event.

Sophie is an actual angel. I have visited the clinic quite a few times over the last decade and each time is faultless. During marathon prep, it’s been a godsend to feel like I’m keeping on top of my health and avoiding any injuries- the team were so supportive and even sent a good luck card and posted on their socials- this helped SO much mentally!

I also had treatment during pregnancy when I had significant back pain- the relief after each session!!!

I started training for my first marathon in December and my knees soo started to feel very swollen and stiff. After seeing Reka she identified the problem and explained to me what I needed to do to ease these symptoms. Along with her sports massages, this ensured I didn’t cause any further damage and could make it comfortably to the start line.

I booked in with Sophie for help with knee and groin pains with a month left before the marathon. She got me in quickly and helped me over a few sessions to try and strengthen the muscles in time so I could run. She was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything and I do believe without her support my run would not have been possible. I will 100% be going back for further future support for my running form.

Had a pre-race massage at St Clare 10k. Super service. Probably dropped 2 mins off my time… maybe 😉

Sophie was absolutely fantastic, she made me feel super comfortable and asked all of the right questions I honestly felt the difference in only one session of treatment, I will definitely be booking again and so great to find such a knowledgeable physio !

Thanks to Sophie I am on my way to the London Marathon. Saw Sophie with a foot and leg injury from over use during training and with her magic touch and great advice I am now well on my way.

Also, saw her team at the Brentwood Half and had a great post run massage.
