I have been very lucky to have been seen by Sophie herself.

The service is 10 fold, with her knowledge and support, no matter what member of her team serves you I believe they will be able to guid you and apply the treatment you need successfully, in just 4 sessions with Sophie it’s improved my mobility, I’ve been able to go about my day to day life more smoothly and do very small training sessions witch at the time of the injury was impossible without being in agony.

SV Sports Therapy under the guidance of Sophie Vowden are fantastic. What a great job they did at the Brentwood Half Marathon. The runners enjoyed the after race rub-down and they raised lots of money for charity.

Lovely girl called Izzy worked on me after the Brentwood half. She was so sweet talked me through stretches as well as why I’m stiffer in certain areas. She was so knowledgeable and I would highly recommend. The other staff there were also really kind and welcoming. Also really nice to have available after the run we just about made it in time 💓

Emily was great at getting to the cause of my 10 year old son’s football related groin and hamstring injuries. She then created a plan to strengthen the appropriate areas to stop his pain and hopefully prevent it happening again. She really listened to him and he is currently pain free and should continue like this.

Thank you very much SV for getting me back running again after a broken metatarsal bone.
I was given great advice/strengthening exercise program that I follow daily.

SV Therapy have been a significant help in my recovery, Sophie has been very informative and tailored a treatment program to get me back on track quickly ahead of the London Marathon 2024. I have a lot of trust in Sophie and felt she gave me a thorough examination to find out exactly what the problem was. Olivia is amazing at what she does! I came to her with a shoulder pain which prevented me from training at my full potential and strength. After visiting a chiropractor with no success, I found SV Sport Therapy online and 4 sessions later my shoulder pain is no longer.

All therapists at this practice are highly professional. I went in with a hip problem and was given manipulation, massage and exercises. After a couple of sessions this was much alleviated but I mentioned a recurring problem with my feet. Emily willingly dealt with this through massage and explained the root of the problem. This has improved immeasurably with additional exercises. Thank you SV Sports therapy!

I’ve worked with Sophie for over 5 months and I can’t thank her enough! I started with a sprained ankle, knee issues and not being able to run/ walk properly.. after 5 months of her work and guidance I’ve found a passion for running, I’ve learned to rest when my body hurts and I’ve completed a marathon in 3.43! (never been a runner before) More marathons to come !! Thank you!!

Sophie has done excellent work on both a hamstring and a shoulder injury allowing me to run ultramarathons with no issue and get back to boxing training fixing long term injuries after only a few sessions.
I have highly recommended her to multiple people because of the expert knowledge plus the care and attention with exercise plans.

Welcomed by Emily, who instantly made me feel at ease not only mentally but after a treatment eased my back too. I was able to move again with far less discomfort.
