Great price, prompt service

I was recently asked to give my honest feedback for Swaggle. Swaggle was the cheapest option available at the time of purchasing. I've been jumping around between different online shops to get this specific type of diet pet food which constantly varies in price big time. Took a chance with Swaggle, quick to post it out, got it, all good nothing wrong at all. My next purchase will likely be with Swaggle unless competition outdoes them, but I am happy with them so far.

This is my 2nd time purchasing from…

This is my 2nd time purchasing from Swaggle cat litter.
What I really like was the discount and also most o products are cheaper to get. Plus I ordered 12 packs Michu cat litters on Sunday. And it got delivered next day “Monday”

This will be my go to online shopping for my 2 cats. :)

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.
Damaged by delivery comapny and then contacted sender. Replied then ghosted me no reply still can not get refund after items were sent back with delivery company. Signature recived on reciept of returned damaged stock...

While there was a delay in actioning your preferred resolution due to a higher-than-usual volume of enquiries at the time, it was never our intention to ignore your case or leave the matter unresolved. Resolution options were communicated promptly; however, there was a delay in processing it.

A resolution has now been processed. We have also reached out to you directly in attempt to provide full context on the case and to understand whether there is anything further we can reasonably do to help recover this experience. While we don’t always get everything right the first time, we take feedback seriously and use it to improve how we operate.

price and products great

price and products great. the thing that lets swaggle down is the shipping with elite logistics via Aus post it takes longer than Aus post on its own.

Easy to order!!

Easy to order!!! Better deal then local pet shops so bought 2 bags instead of my usual 1! Plus had extra bonus flybys which was great 😊 will keep swaggle as our usual pet food providers

Cat treatsI…

My cats absolutely love the treats I bought from Swaggle. I did my research and found they offered the best value for money by far It only took 3 days for my parcel to arrive, much to the delight of my kitties. Swaggle offer great customer service, they kept me up to date with what was happening with my order and followed up to make sure I had received it.
