Great prices, fast shipping. I’ve been back three times now as I can get such a good selection of freeze dried treats for my dog and cats.

Placed order 3 weeks ago

Placed order 3 weeks ago. They gave me 2 tracking numbers.. one per item
When I chased it up a few days later, they said your items have been shipped and with couriers please
After many emails and assurance that they will put in an inquiry with the courier, they just sent an email saying that my items are not available!!!!
I still don’t have my money .. they are acting like scammers
Stay away!

We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience. Unfortunately, due to a courier issue combined with a stock discrepancy, your order could not be fulfilled as promised. We completely understand how frustrating the delays and miscommunication must have felt.

Your refund has already been processed, and we’ve also provided a voucher as an apology should you wish to give us another chance in the future. We’re working with our courier and warehouse teams to prevent this from happening again.
