I love it. Very effective and odour free

I ordered 18 boxes [approx $100] of Prime100 Slow Cooked food in May 2025 and one of the boxes mustn't have been sealed properly and juices seeped all over most of the other boxes - for a couple of months, they festered away in the container I had the stored in.
When I contacted customer support [with photos], I was accused of ordering them in May 2024.
When I corrected the support person, Daniel, he simply replied "we can't refund after 3 months" and I got an automated reply asking me to rate my support, because the matter was closed. He also had conveniently left my last email off the chain of correspondence.
The products were not due to expire until 2026 and they were also barely purchased 3 months prior.
It was a poor response from a CSO with a poor attitude. I will NEVER buy through them again.

I've ordered from Swaggle multiple times now - great pricing and fast delivery/communication. Will be my go to place for all my pet's needs!

Terrible customer service. For the first recurring order they gave me a good deal. The second delivery the price increased almost 50%, and they said due to price fluctuations. I have not received any notification of price changes, and the support was nor able to help. Simply a terrible experience and customer service.

The product prices are affordable, and they carry all the major pet food brands. I did encounter an issue with the delivery, but their customer service was quick to arrange a redelivery. The packages arrived intact, no tears or damage.
Overall, a positive experience.

The worst customer service! Their prices might be competitive but that's where the positives end! Their customer service is shocking. There's no phone number to contact them so it's a very bad sign when a company won't speak to their customers. BIG REG FLAG!!! They send their orders with Couriers Please which is such a hopeless, unreliable company and they NEVER deliver my orders. I would NEVER buy from Swaggle again and would NOT recommend them to anyone!

I hadn’t purchased from Swaggle before. Not sure if I’d heard the name either. But I did a search for my dog’s favourite treats (Greenies) and they came up with the best price. I purchased and my package arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend Swaggle to anyone.

Super fast delivery and great prices on the usual items I buy.

I wanted to try another brand of dry dog food (Stockman & Paddock Working Dry Dog Food 20kg) and decided to order from Swaggle because the price was very reasonable compared to other online and physical stores and the delivery was free for my location. I received regular updates throughout the process, from order to delivery. My order arrived in excellent condition. The box was not damaged or squashed considering it was 20kg heavy. What's more, my German Shepherd loves her new dry food and is pooing well! (She has a sensitive stomach lol). I am very pleased with Swaggle (Thank you!) and will be a returning customer.
