Ordered online Sunday PM, items arrived Tuesday AM ! Very fast delivery, easy to use website, great service, great product and superfast delivery all at a good price, what's not to like ! I'm well impressed !!

I found the BLUM 33.3600 (133.024) Compact Concealed Hinge & Plate Face Fix 35mm (Product Code BLU33.460-M) an ideal replacement for my rusted and sticking Grass 850 hinges. They fit in the same hole in the door and new fixing holes are needed. The old screws worked fine! Swansea Timber & Plywood we very efficient with an order placed on Wednesday arriving on Thursday

Just exactly what service and quality is supposed to be. They go out of their way to help and there is nothing I've found in this city that comes even close.. Brilliant.

Ordered two small wooden handles. Only a small order for the company, but followed up immediately with good communication and delivered mid-next working day. Part just as described and good quality / finish too.

Ordered some casters, however would appear quantity required weren't in stock. Excellent communications throughout, (e.g did I want continue with order while they got stock in from supplier and an expected date). Subsequently advised of order completion and dispatched by overnight courier. Price and P & P quoted beat anything I could find on internet. Will mark as a favourite for future reference. Many thanks.

I hadn't been in this shop for years and it was great to see some of the old staff still there.
I only wanted to make poster holders for an art show ,I was advised what would stand up to the rain and found everything I needed in the off cut box,the nice staff cut it all to size for me at no charge and I handed over £8 for 16 pieces. What a bargain and all provided with a smile,no waiting to find someone then serving myself as in BXQ l will deffinatly be back Thank you .

I ordered some porcelain handles at under £1 each for my new kitchen and am absolutely thrilled with them. Cost SO much less than usual retailers and are really good quality. Will definitely shop again should the need arise. Recommend most highly!

I was really impressed with the online service really easy to use, not like some of the other websites out there today, when I called into the store today it's been years since I was last in there. The staff were willing to help me with my purchase as I phoned this morning and they put it away for me to collect later this afternoon. I concur with most of the previous reviewers .... I needed a pair of very short but fully extending drawer runner, which Swansea Timber stocked. It was only had a small order, but it was well packaged and despatched quickly. Thanks guys - your good service is appreciated.
